I went today (12/02/2020) at 6:41pm. I did not get the employees name, but based on the receipt she was using register 3. The employee did not greet and proceeded to be rude as I was placing my order. After ordering one drink she asked if I was going to order something else and I said yes to give me a second since I was looking at the menu. She answered by giving me the total and to proceed to the next window. I right away told her I was not done with my order and she replied with an attitude and rushing me to tell her what I wanted. I told her the drink I wanted and she remained quiet for about a minute then asked me again what I wanted when I had already told her. Afterwards I still continued to be polite and told her thank you and she did not respond. As i pulled up to the window she did not say one word and just handed me the drinks. I still continued to say thank you and she will just stay quiet at all times. This is not the first time this happens & decided to give this Starbucks another try only to receive bad service again. Employees should keep in mind that customers are expecting good service as they are just trying to enjoy a good drive to their favorite place. If the employee is having a bad day etc. It does not give her the authority to act out on customers. Disappointed in how this employee behaved. However, I gotta say, the price for a cup of coffee or a refreshing iced beverage has fallen short of its sense of a “treat” and more of the price of a “meal.” Additionally, when I get my iced beverages,it really half if not more of the cup is filled with not the drink, but ice!!! It’s as if I opened a bag of Cheetos, the bag is 3/4 pressurized air and 1/4 the snack. Come on guys, you are all better than that! It’s expensive and you’re still finding ways to stiff your patrons?! I love Starbucks because of their quality but I just can’t justify paying so much for something so little. If you’re going to be charging more than $6 for a drink, at least include a muffin, a cookie, pastry or something. You guys are getting greedy! Read moreWent inside to order and was informed that they no longer did For Here cups, not an issue. I saw that they had Casi Cielo brewing and ordered a Grande Casi Cielo coffee. The worker, Ana, gave me the dark roast which I found out after tasting, i told her she gave me the dark roast and not what I ordered she proceeded to tell me that she gave me Casi. I told her to give me what i ordered or give me my money back. She proceeded to brew another batch and pass it off as Casi. When I asked another employee to remake the drink, whose name was Valeria, was rude and extremely disrespectful with a smugness that was completely uncalled for. I love the Casi Cielo, it's been my favorite for the bast 8 years. When it's in season I stock up at home with at least 8 lbs., so I know what it tastes like. Horrible service.
