It's sad to say but one person ruined it for us. I have been here a few times and it has been amazing. This time the original person that was helping us was phenomenal. She made recommendations and helped us with all of our questions. We went outside to wait for our food and one of the ladies working behind the counter brought our food out through it onto the table and walked back inside. Didn't tell us when the rest of our food was coming didn't tell us when our smoothies would be there. I walked back inside to explain how rude this came off. The original girl that helped us was very kind again apologizing but the girl that threw the food on the table acted like she didn't even hear me speaking. I pointed her out and I'm hoping some training is done. it is not that hard to say here is part of your order the rest will be out soon. Instead of throwing it on the table and going back inside. Ordered online at 8:19, said it would be ready at 8:29, cool. But I didn’t walk out with my order of 2 smoothies until 8:45. Tried to ask the employee or manager if that’s what she was, for assistance but was ignored. Reached out again to she told they were “making our beverage” and walked away in speed. Though, the 2 smoothies I ordered were sitting on the counter the entire time but no one allowed for us to speak to them to confirm them being ours but we could see the name on the receipt from where we stood. People who walked in and ordered on the spot received their order prior to my online order. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. Just to add, the customer service lacks. There’s receipts all over (probably why they had no idea where my order went ???) and the employees and management have no idea what they’re doing, super disorganized.
