Noah's NY Bagels — Restaurant in El Segundo

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have come across in El Segundo. Today, I ordered an Italian Chicken Panini with no cheese that took forever to make. After getting my sandwich, I decided to check and make sure that it did not have cheese. Unfortunately to my suspicion, they had ignored that simple fact. Let me also mention that this is not the first time this happened at this location which would explain why I would be checking to make sure my order was done right. I pointed that out to the lady who promised to fix my order. By this time, it was about 20 min later and had to get back to work. 5 minutes later I got another sandwich, I explained to the lady that I Am lactose intolerant and I was not being a jerk. She said there was some miscommunication and I was ok. I walk back to my office building only to realize that my second sandwich had cheese and was barely heated. I am really angry right now. I called them back and got the same excuse, there was a miscommunication. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Be careful what you buy here. I am done. Love the food! Cashiers are lovely. They just need a better system for custom bagel sandwiches because they have messed up my sister’s order every single time and we’ve gone there at least 6 times. We love the chorizo avocado sunrise but she can’t have dairy because it worsens a condition she has so we have tried substituting with the everything bagel with no schmear or cheese and they always gave her all three. We then tried ordering the bagel and adding ingredients (chorizo patty, eggs and avocado) and she still gets either the schmear or the cheese bagel. I don’t think the staff reads the ticket, they just see “chorizo” and they make what they know. Happens every time but other than that I love going because I am obsessed with bagels, I could eat...

I have had breakfast with bagel thousands of times in different shops in various cities of the world so far. This shop's difference is not its flavor or a unique formula that is not found in other shops. The secret of this shop is the shop manager. He is very intelligent and knows customer relations very well. Do you remember the order you placed in your 3rd order and in your previous 2 orders and want this before you? We're talking about someone smart enough to say.
