Noah's NY Bagels — Restaurant in El Segundo

My boss asked me to pick up bagels. She asked for 1 dozen assorted with 2 tubs of plain schemer for staff and 6 plain bagels toasted and extra plain schemer for the executives. The assorted were ok, the quality has declined over the last few years. The 6 were, barely toasted, not all plain, and none had extra schemer as ordered. I confirmed the request when I was handed the order and he said “yes, all 6 toasted plain with extra schemer.” I didn’t open each and check so I guess that’s my bad. This is the second time they got me in trouble with my boss. I will find a new bagel place with better bagels and service. Very disappointed across the board with Noah’s Bagels. This was my first time placing an order with Noah's. I was treating my staff to breakfast and Noah's was a suggestion. It's funny I was on my way to the wrong Noah's until Renee my catering assistant called and informed me that my order was ready. He was right on time, so polite and friendly. Thank you Renee I appreciate your excellent customer service!! So when I arrived it was packed but I didn't have to wait long for my order. I was greeted and was told that they were going to warm my hashbrown again which was so nice because remember I was running late to pickup my order. Lol... I'm giving them 2 stars because I'm really big on customer service and I feel like common courtesy is a must. I went there yesterday morning to purchase 3 tubs of the salmon schmear. After the transaction was completed I thought she was going to ask if i needed a bag, however, I had to ask for a bag and when the cashier grabbed a bag, she passed it to me w/o opening the bag or offering to place them into the bag. I'm kind of disappointed that this cashier didn't think to ask if I would like a bag considering. Assumed it was okay for me, a paying customer, to walk out with 3 tubs of schmear in my hands.
