Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

Placed a mobile order for pick up at drive thru. Drive thru had approximately 6 cars ahead of us in line starting at the ordering intercom. After 4-5 minutes of not moving we decided to go in. Only 2 employees. No greeting. No one talking to drive thru. Neither employee greeted me or the other customer that walked in at same time. After waiting a few minutes I walked out and cancelled my order. Took my business elsewhere! Unacceptable! I understand they may be understaffed, but they can greet customers while making drinks, etc. acknowledgement of customers is crucial if you want to keep business! I realized I posted the review at the wrong dunkin…but here we go. My mother and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a caramel cappuccino at the drive-thru this evening. First, the Lady said they ran out of milk but only had almond. We waited at least 8 minutes for the drinks (we were the only customers there.) The Lady seemed clueless and acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She was walking around doing nothing while the guy that was working with her was working hard. We went back because both of our drinks were wrong. My mom asked if they can remake it and they would not do it. Service was absolutely horrendous! There were three workers and while there was a typical morning rush at the drive through (nothing too crazy), we were ignored for a few minutes before acknowledged at the register. The cashier was extremely rude and had quite the attitude, huffing and puffing and aggressively using the register. They forgot a donut so we stood around waiting to ask and in that 20 MINUTES, we watched 4 other customers come in and leave as they were never acknowledged. The one worker was extremely disrespectful to their coworker and it was unprofessional in the eyes of the customers.
