I was the second person in line, I placed my order, I said thank you and I got no response. When I got to the window, I rolled my window down thinking the cashier was going to ask my card like they normally do, but he had me sitting there with my window down while it was raining the entire time and when he finally opened the window, that’s when he grabbed my card and then proceeded he gave me all of my food, and then had an attitude when I asked for jelly and ketchup, politely and respectfully even though I was given a nasty attitude, and only gave me two packets of ketchup for a medium hash brown in my combo when they usually give you at least 4 to 5 for that size. Later when I got home, I noticed that my biscuit was smashed in half and the biscuit was already dry which is funny since they open at 5 AM and I placed my order a little bit before 6 AM. I’m not sure why the cashier had me waiting in the rain when he clearly seen me roll my window down and then proceeded to still have an attitude. Read moreTwice I went into this Hardee's. Twice I walked out. The manager this morning was 15 min. late opening the door. Finally in. Had to wait 10 more minutes for registers to come up. Just for a cup of coffee. My electronic at home had been out for two days because of hurricane. The manager asked me what I was wanting. Told her just a cup of coffee. Still had to wait. The other time I came in that same managed was working. I was only person in line. She never acknowledged me . She saw me standing there but continued taking care of all the people in the drive thru. After ten minutes waiting I left. Went threw the drive thru. She asked me if I was the one waiting inside?. I said yes. That I thought I could get waited on faster here. She asked me to pull up.(only one in line). When she finally brought my food she more or less stuck it in my window and said "here"and walked away. Don't know her name but she was the opening manager on10/10/2016. Very rude and needs to take her job seriously. The store hours state you open at 5:00 am. Not 5:15. Also talked with other people waiting to be let in and they said the same manager had opened late the other times...
Read moreHorrible. I was in line for a very long time with one person ahead of me in the order line. Then 40 minutes later, and after the 4 people who ordered after me had been served and left, my name was called and I was handed my to go bag. I drove the 15 minutes home only to find it was not my order at all. All the biscuits had eggs on them and I am allergic to egg. I drank my OJ and ate my has rounds and had to throw away the rest. So one OJ and one small hash round cost me almost $15. While there a man who had ordered biscuits with gravy came back in asking for a fork and knife as he only had a spoon in his bag. After several minutes he was told they no longer have forks and knives at this location. Although I understand that all places are short handed right now, this hour long experience to receive food I was unable to eat due to incorrect order...well that is unacceptable.
