Lindt Chocolate Shop — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I had the worst experience at the Lindt store! Dont even know where should I start! The cashier and the employee Qadir.M is the worst! First we were unaware that the testing is free or paid so we tried 4 chocolate and then later we bought a mix box of Lindt and went to the billing! He charged us for 6 dollar for 4 lindt chocolate that we taster and we threw half of it as we didn't know it was paid as no sign said that also the employee never mentioned that. We were fine with that but then we asked Qadir how come we are paying so much for 4 chocolate and then he's telling us no you are not paying! I said no we have to pay then he goes yes scan first the card and then we can discuss the billing. We did and then we saw the bill he charged us the most expensive chocolate pricing for the 4 we tried which was wrong and then he' say's the actually price and goes that thr additional price is with tax - 50% tax for each chocolate and not to forget there was tax at the end of the bill anyone would know that! I insisted to talk to the store manager as he was being rude, arrogant and fraud and no manner's at all. I hope the store manager understand the worst experience we had at this place as I did call him but never heard back from him. Qadir needs to be reported to Lindt as we have been to multiple location of lindt but the guys was something else. I have never seen a person like him! I’d routinely bought Lindt chocolate for years and thought I knew it all! Then I visit the mall and note a lady handing out free truffles. That is how I ended up in the store and left with a 1.6 lbs bag of assorted truffles including so many flavors I was unaware of… pistachio; cookies/strawberries/raspberries/blueberries and cream; coconut etc! Please go and see for yourself....

These people charged me then claimed card didn't go through, but they charged my card. Wasn't able to dispute with bank as there was no merchant info.
