Today I was shopping for shoes for my 86 year old aunt. I suggested New Balance shoes to her since they are well known for comfort. We walked in the store and went towards a female employee, Jillian, who was putting a lot of shoe boxes in their place. Although she looked busy, I asked her if she could help us. She immediately stopped what she was doing and with a very warm smile an cordial attitude she said she would. She measured my aunt's feet with a special machine they have at the store and started bringing out different shoes in her size. My aunt didn't like some colors, styles, designs etc. Despite all this Jillian never stopped smiling and kept bringing out shoes. Jillian most definitely made my aunt feel like a VIP costumer. She is definitely an amazing asset for this company. I really hope she gets recognized for the awesome work that she is doing for I truly believe that the way she treated my aunt is the way she treats all New Balance customers. Thank you...

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter & son , we took home next day they try the shoes and feel so uncomfortable, they both didnât like the shoeâs because of uncomfortable. So we decided to return the shoes and went there , the man at store told me they are not accepting returns and they just change the policy just two day ago , but he tried to call his manager and she is not responding , i request him my children didnât like please take back and give me my money back he replied we cannot give you credit because of policy changed , that was very shocking to me how he can say like that . Iâve never experienced upscale Customer Service in a sporting goods store in my life everybody from the sales professionals to the managers roll out the red carpet the minute you walk in the doorâŚfrom Quiana sales professional,to the manager ,Janine all the way to GM Ananda or GM Jillian who is amazing , Letâs just say Iâve been a Nike customer for 30 years and since Iâve been coming to this New Balance location I have totally became a New Balance customer thatâs just to show you how important Customer Service is.
