I’ve being in this place twice. First time was amazing I finally found a really good Venezuelan restaurant, but the service/ attention I didn’t like it at all, there’s only one person doing everything and this girl doesn’t really care about the costumer. I went again today for some empanadas, and same thing, the attention to the costumer is really bad, and this time the empanadas were crazy cold and soft. This restaurant at least the times that I’ve being in there doesn’t have majority of the stuffs that the menu promise. If I could put zero star, I would. Service is really slow and terrible, they need to take some classes of customer service. We ordered Bandeja Criolla, Pasticho, chicken soup, and juices; The bandeja criolla was cold, with small portions, salty, and tasted like old food. Pasticho was alright but cold. Chicken soup was too salty and cold, plus food was too pricey. I ordered a blackberry juice, and I told the server it was too sweet, and she didn't even offer me another one or removed it from the check, so I had to pay for it. Overall: I won't ever come back...

SUPER SLOW. And if they say 20 minutes is more like an hour for your food to be ready. The food is great but not sure why all the Venezuelan restaurants are super slow to make the food. Is very annoying specially when you call ahead and order, then you get there and have to sit for 20 minutes for your food to be ready. I have order 3 times and every single time is the same one time they were not even busy. So if you have a busy schedule like me and need to grab food quick this place may not be for you.
