Sbarro — Restaurant in Elizabeth

0 stars if I could OMG. I ordered a pie for my mom, dad and siblings we open everything looking decent I then fold my pizza and I see freaking mold not only on one slice half of them had it at the bottom. I then go up to the cashier she already knew didn’t even have to ask she goes to the back, then comes the manager and we I barely got word out and he proceeded to say it was from the pan and the pizza is fresh everyday. My mom who has an auto immune disease then comes up and says she’s scared to eat the pizza. The manager just gives us a new one and says it’s normal for the pizza to have that at the bottom. We open the box flip the pizza and same thing. He just walks away. My mom and I spend almost 30 dollars on this pie of pizza. Since money doesn’t grow on a tree we had no choice but to pick off the pieces of mold from the bottom. Up until my father takes the pizza apart and sees it inside and he went back up and showed him the mold inside. All he did was offer another slice, no refund?! Most available fast food places already tastes terrible enough, so an added deplorable customer service experience, was absolutely not appreciated on their menu. My visit here was soo horrible that I might divorce my wife if she ever suggests we eat there again! At the airport mall location they have the worst behaved young lady working the register. She cursed at us in Spanish when we couldn’t bare her miscalculations though she was cashing with a register, which caused us to eventually ask for a refund. We reported this to the manager who took no action and instead stood by while the spanish speaking girl continued to dish out poor and unacceptable service. Must we continue to accept embarrassment and abuse in exchange for our hard earned dollars??? I think not! This nonsense has to be stopped! These types of under managed businesses must be stopped! I usually don't write reviews but I couldn't let this one go. The service at this location is not good at all but I cant blame the employees, when they dont have a leader to look up to. The manager there (Marcelo) is such a disrespectful man! After I sit down to have my meal I saw this man go straight from the kitchen (even though the store front was extremely busy) to the dining area just to flirt with a young female janitor. The poor lady was so uncomfortable, even after she seriously said she was married, the guy continued insisting, very disrespectful, I could see the distress in this lady's face. This man should be focused on doing his job, not harassing the women around him. I can't even imagine what his employees might go through. Not eating...
