Crazy expensive and you should be ashamed. One example. $7 chicken shredded for $17.99 give me a break. The family in front of me had a grocery basket full of food for almost $750. We check out our own stuff and pay a weeks check for a couple weeks of food. Wow. The giant you are could control the pricing but you obviously only care about profits. Disgusting.

Online order and pickup has become a joke. Today makes the second time I’ve gotten an email that my order was ready then when I got there I was told that they were running behind by at least an hour and they didn’t have an ETA. I live 45 mins away and only used this store because it’s close to where I work. Definitely will be finding a new place to shop

Kroger Dolphin Drive. Deli department needs to step there game up. Had to wait nearly 20 mins for service. No one was running the front. Food bar only had 6 choices of food and all chicken related and 1 side of potato wedges. Had to call on the phone to get service.

I love this Kroger best compared to the one by the mall. It is by far nicer, cleaner and more easier getting in/out of the parking lot.

My only complaint is that 8 out of 10 times I have to bag myself. (In which I've noticed many others have to as well which holds up the line a bit longer). It's one thing when at the self check out which in that case it's to be expected, but when going to the others either there never is a bagger or they walk away so they don't have to bag.

The other complaint is (I'm not entirely sure if it's just me?), but as of late the cashiers specificly has seemed angry and very miserable with their job. At times friendly with customers in front and behind me but unfriendly towards me or at another customer and that's why I only gave three 🌟. I'd love to give a perfect score but I wonder if anyone else incounted anything like this? I realize that not all the cashiers are that way, but I only seen a few good onces.

Like any other job out there, I realize that there are good days/bad days/busy days and so on, but these cashiers that I'm referring to always appear to being angry and not wanting to...

Reference to a case with them for an order not delivered. 7-10 business days from the date initiated would have been, not including weekends, no later than August 25th it was explained. NOW I am being told my refund was not even approved till YESTERDAY, August 25th, the day I was SUPPOSED to have received the refund it's self. Not when it was supposed to have been approved. I am further told I won't receive my refund till September 8th now. This is ridiculous, and highly unprofessional. My order was not delivered on August 4th as it was supposed to be. Reson for opening this case. They've only credited me $40 to apologize for the initial mistake. But since have not done anything else to make sure my process moves forward without any further problems. Now it is going to be over a month since the incident by the time I get my refund finally. What does Krogers have to say about this for customer service? Nothing. Highly unprofessional I'd say. I used bill money to cover the cost to replace the food. Now I am spending a month to receive my refund. Very very VERY poor customer service! Do not recommend their delivery...

Maybe I'm responsible for the unrealistic expectation of... Checks notes... Trying to find a ham or turkey sandwich in a deli, but the shelves were noticably empty except for a whole full stocked selection of hipster-esque chicken wraps and random gourmet cheese no one was buying. Maybe the inner mechanics of operating a grocery store are just beyond my feeble comprehension, but I feel like if I owned a grocery store and noticed that, day after day, some sandwiches sold completely out while other products just sat there expiring, I would switch up the selection accordingly.

I feel like what's happening is Kroger is trying to cater to upscale hipsters by offering an enormous untouched selection of weird bean paste avocado wraps and whatnot when said upscale hipsters are not going to a grocery store deli to buy their hipster foods. There was an actual pot pie in there, as if someone is just gonna pick up an enormous pot pie and heat it up at work.

Man, just stay in your lane, stop trying to be so extra, and sell some ham and turkey sandwiches like a normal grocery...
