Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

It is unfortunate that I have had to resort in leaving a lengthy review of this establishment due to poor communication from the Manager and Regional Manager of this restaurant . This location is absolutely terrible and extremely unprofessional. I called this location twice in the past two weeks requesting that the Regional Manager, Brian contact me for serious complaints of this establishment. It was refused by management to provide me his contact information, So my number was provided for Brian to contact me. It was also requested that this manager contact me after 5pm due to my work schedule and seeing patient’s up until that time. So, Due to not receiving a call back at the initial requested time, I am left to release the complaints here. First, This location allows employees young children to work on the floor with other employees, To prepare customers orders as well as cleaning. This locations manager Justin, Does not work any weekends or help this location when short staffed. This manager brings his young child to work as well. This manager steals time, and documents work times when he is indeed not working. The Labor Board of Kentucky was notified as well of the young minors being allowed in the store to help other employees that were on shift. Corporate was contacted as well and no call back as of 11-5-24 has been received. This location allows their employees to walk out mid shift as well as continuous call in’s with no corrective action taken. As a customer of this business for sometime with a well known Healthcare Practice, We will no longer use this location for our Representative Lunches. Word of advice, When a customer requests to speak to a Regional Manager with serious concerns. They should take every initiative to make a timely response and effort to listen or follow up. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 subs last night on July 3rd around 5PM. We had never had Jersey Mike’s before, and we wanted to try it since we have heard good things about it from other locations. Our problem could be only centered from the Elizabethtown location, so keep that in mind.

First, I barely had any meat on my club sub despite ordering extra meat and extra bacon.

Second, my boyfriend and I both felt sick after eating less than half of our subs. He feels pretty sick this morning from what we assume is the Philly cheesesteak he had.

Third, our total was nearly $50 for some skimpy subs with minimal toppings and hard bread. Granted, we ordered the giant subs with expectations we would have lunch the following day. Well, neither of us wants to eat the remaining 1/2 of our sub. Both in the garbage. It’s hard to eat something again when it makes you feel sick.

I expected Jersey Mike’s to be significantly better than subway. Save your money and make your own sandwich unless you want to overpay for a bad time. Never again. We should have went to a sit down restaurant for...

Stopped in on Sunday, January 15, 2023, around 4 pm from Bardstown, KY & was completely blown away by the Quantity, Quality & Service of this Jersey Mike's !!!

There was a beautiful, constantly smiling brunette in braided pigtails that was leading the Jersey Mike's crew & they were not only in tune with each other but went above & beyond to help one another out. Normally,..nobody likes to work on a Sunday because it's the weekend, but the complete crew was smiling, friendly, knowledgeable & on point !

I ordered 4 different types of Regular size sandwiches (1 hot & 3 cold) & within 5-6 minutes, they were all complete w/ fresh ingredients & I was walking out the door.

Being from Bardstown, we have a Penn Station & a Subway which is WAY overpriced and the quantity of the sandwiches is an absolute & complete JOKE so I was beyond impressed w/ Jersey Mike's & I will continue to drive to Elizabethtown to buy my subs !
