I get it. This Starbucks is new, but before you place your staff in place of what their roll is make sure they can handle the craziness of a rush. I gave it thought to give them a second chance from the first visit it don’t work out. I got in completely my order by 5:39pm and just left it’s 6:36pm. I had placed an order for 4 grande Frappuccinos, and waited for almost an hour. Then once I asked what was taking so long I was told that Frappuccinos take a long time to make. But I watched other people’s order of Frappuccinos come before mine. So please stop telling me fraps take longer than other drinks. It shouldn’t be that the lady who is making drinks for inside should be also handling the drinks for drive thru. They had cups all over the place even cups that were going to be used for customers drinks turned over on the counter were finished drinks were at. As I spoke to another customer waiting had ordered without whip, the girl who made the drink took the beverage back as we both watched her she opened the lid scrapped the whip off and then re-blended the same drink with remaining whip still on the top. On top of that multiple customers were told that the ingredients of their drinks just ran out. 6pm I got one frapp. I watched how unorganized the system was, they left the labels sticking on the counter without putting it on the cup right when it gets printed, then asked me what drink I had when they should know from the label. I got one drink at a time in a 15-20 min wait for each one. There was a bunch of drinks and food on the pick up counter that has been sitting there watered down with multiple customers touching them to see if that was their drink. There should be a designated area for online orders so other customers are not touching the drinks. I give all respect to the gentleman as he seen me frustrated and offer to reimburse me. I didn’t want him to reimburse for our drinks I just wanted him to know that his TEAM needed to be more organized. It’s okay to have fun, joke and laugh with fellow co worker’s but when your customers look frustrated on the other side of the counter it’s time to work together and get those orders going. Read moreWorst place I have ever been to period!! Got in the drive thru line at 9:15. The cashier working the drive thru was not speaking clearly, had and attitude problem and was in a hurry. She claimed she told me they weren’t taking cash anymore and if I was paying by card I could order. However my adult daughter and I heard cash only. I only carry cards so I did not order. At this particular location, once you are in line you are stuck until you get to the window. I was stuck in that line for over 20 mins. When I got to the window, I tried to confirm what the cashier said. She told me that it was card only. I told her sorry I had heard cash only. She said well it doesn’t matter because she wasn’t taking anymore orders anyway. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t want anything from them. All she kept doing was talking over me, giving an attitude and screaming “you want to speak to a manager”. I informed her I would take my problem above. Once I leave I decided to call the manager and she was the absolute worst manager I’ve ever spoken to. She was a very loud, angry woman who was extremely rude, arrogant, and doesn’t belong working with the public. When someone doesn’t want to listen to your problem, screams over you saying ma’am, ma’am ma’am every-time you try you speak it just makes the problem escalate. I never got it through the managers head that while yes I was angry about sitting in a car for nearly 20mins for nothing, that her employees had no right to act the way they did. It all could be simply avoided by posting a sign before you pull into the drive thru. I will never return to this location!!! I’d rather throw my money...
