I'm not happy with this location. Specifically the management. I placed an order online and received a confirmation message at 1:16pm. At 2:10 my order was finally delivered to my office. I then took one bite of the sandwich and realized it was missing the avocado that I paid extra for. I called the location to let them know and explained the situation. She then proceeded to tell me that when ordering something like avocado they usually place it between the meats. Which I knew from my previous orders. I told her there was no avocado in the sandwich and that I looked. She then asked if I ate any of it. I told her yes that's how I found it was missing. Her response was, "Oh, sorry, well we need the sandwich back in order to be sure we made the mistake." I asked her, "does that mean you're not going to do anything?" She said, "That is correct." I told her I felt it was very unprofessional to deliver someone's lunch 1 hour later when it stated as soon as possible, only to find it was incorrect and nothing's going to be done about it. I told her I couldn't wait another hour for another sandwich to deliver. She said, "Sorry." I then told her I would be reaching out to corporate to resolve this because that's wrong. The moment I said that she hung up on me. I spoke to the representative at corporate and she advised there is a regional manager that takes care of that location and that he will look into this and reach out to me to ensure this matter is resolved. I'll let you know, the outcome. I do hope there is some type of compensation for charging me for something I never received and the outrageous amount of time it...
Read moreStopped into this place yesterday around 7:20pm to grab a really quick bite. When I walked in there was guy on the phone taking an order and there was a girl in the back not sure what she was doing but she ended up making her way up to the register and just stared at me for 30-45 seconds. No greeting, No how can I help you or may I take your order nothing. It got really awkward so I said out loud ok I guess I’ll just order and proceeded to order. As I am ordering the guy who was on the phone starts making a sandwich and I notice that he is looking back and forth at the register for toppings. I asked hey those are not my sandwiches are they. He says yes, I ordered my sandwiches on sliced whole wheat and he is making them on French bread. He had to remake them. No big deal. I grab my order and leave when I grabbed my bag I thought to myself it feels a little light for what I ordered which was 2 Turkey Tom’s with extra meat and fixings. I get to my destination to find out that there is no extra meat on either sandwich. Of course they closed at 8pm so no one answered the phone and I do not live in the area....
Read moreI went there with a hundred dollar bill on a Saturday during my half hour lunch break. I waited in line for 20 minutes and started to give them my order when one of the employees seen the hundred dollar bill in my hand and said "we don't have change for that" my response was " you don't have 40 dollar's?" He said "no" which was a lie because they opened the drawer for the person behind me and I could coalesce clearly see there was more than 40 dollars in the drawer. So I had to leave and go to 4 different banks to get change by that time my lunch was over. Then I had to go back to Jimmy John's and pick up our food. When I returned there was 6 people in line so I waited then got our food. I was 20 minutes late returning to work. So 3 other people including myself didn't receive a lunch!
