Subway — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

Don't go here to redeem BOGO sandwich coupon that's good through November 4th. The dude working there won't let you use it.. When I tried to use it he insisted that it was an online only redeemable deal, despite the couple clearly stating how to use it, when to and what for. I pointed out that it said you can scan it at the register, but when I did then he deflected to two buttons below the coupon that had nothing to do with the coupon it self... They indicated options to accept or decline cookies for my phone... Once he saw those then he started insisting that the coupon was for a cookie and not a sandwich. Let me stress that at the very top of the coupon code it said BOGO ANY FOOTLONG... idk if that guy was truly that ignorant, or if he just didn't want to honor the coupon. I'm under the impression it was the latter. I would have appreciated just a "we don't accept that coupon at this particular location" or something like that, although I would have assumed that was bologna as well. I still would have been annoyed because I went out of my way to try and take advantage of the deal. Not only I'm I annoyed that I wasted my time, but now I'm also left with a bad impression of the restaurant and the guy they have...

Negative zero stars. I ordered through the app a regular sub, then I ordered one more, unfortunately there was a temperature drop and the restaurant closed; this is completely understood.

I called this morning to explain what had happen, there was a great person over the phone and I explained the about the order and both agreed for me to pick up the two subs after work.

Mrs Para, the owner hide the second receipt under the register and wanted to pretended she had only received one order. After confronting her with both order numbers from the app, she had no choice but to give me my second sub. Worse part is the relentlessness to keep the second sub after it was paid the night before,...

My boyfriend and I just went in to get two six inch subs and what looked like the owner was bringing out a brand new batch of ham, and we saw how he cut the plastic from the ham with a knife that clearly had been used, there was a bunch of yellow creamy stuff on it and he proceeded to cut the ham in half with the yellow stuff on it, absolutely disgusting and definitely cross contamination, he then started making our sub with the same gloves he used to take the ham out . These workers need some training because they can get someone severely sick. Will never be...
