I have to praise Angel and Illia for their outstanding service! I purchased two iced white chocolate mochas yesterday and as I was heading to my car one of them leaked out the top and down my outfit. As I opened my car door I sat one in the floor board so I could deal with the leaky one. As I leaned in to put the second one in the cup holder, my foot hit the one I had just put in my floor board and knocked it over. (Yes, it was a day for sure!) It filled my floorboard. I quickly put every napkin within arms reach down there to soak it up but it was everywhere! I went back in to ask for some napkins and relayed what happened. Angel quickly took my empty cup and asked Illia to remake it and proceeded to give me a whole package of napkins. I was able to quickly clean up the remaining mess and with a fresh drink in hand headed home like it never happened.
So many people are quick to leave negative comments when things go wrong but in this case Angel (lived up to her name for sure!) and Illia made things right for me. Though the clumsy incident was all on me, they were so kind and remade the drink for free!
If you want a great cup of coffee with the service to match come to this location !! We never go anywhere else!

Read more(UPDATE) Visit on 6/28 at 9am This feedback isn’t a reflection of the whole team—most leaders and staff here are great. However, during this visit, the male partner in the black apron (possibly a supervisor) appeared moody and unapproachable, especially when Scilla asked for help at the register. His attitude didn’t reflect strong leadership or support.
Scilla seemed new and wasn’t very communicative. She didn’t respond to my greeting and mishandled my drink order, repeating the incorrect total instead of correcting it.
Just sharing for improvement, as I usually have great experiences here.
This Starbucks usually has a clean, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating, quick service, and consistent quality. While some associates could be a bit friendlier or more mindful of hygiene during busy times, I want to highlight Veronika. She stands out for her professional yet warm demeanor—never over the top, but always creating a positive environment. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for a while now, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the drinks are often inconsistent. Sometimes they taste off, and other times the cup isn’t even filled all the way. It’s frustrating, especially considering how expensive these drinks are. I expect them to be made right the first time.
I do want to acknowledge that the manager I spoke with was very kind and professional, and a few of the staff members are polite and do their best. However, this was my second time having to call and complain about an issue that could’ve easily been avoided with a bit more care.
It’s honestly a little embarrassing to have to keep calling and asking for my drink to be remade, but I just want what I paid for—to have my drink made the way it’s supposed to be. I hope things improve, because I really do enjoy coming here when everything...
