UPDATE 7/13: Okay this place is hilariously bad. They literally slam drinks on the serving area so half the content spill out. Like whyyy starbucks near costco why? Prolly the worst starbucks in sacramento not even kidding 🤔

The coffee tasted like they didn’t put anything in it. Just blended ice. If it’s this bad I’ve be worried what other safety and cleanliness things they skip on.

Beware of this location. Might have to report to corporate for safety issues.

Baristas with bad customer service and they make it hard to fix your drink or get s refund. Really bland chocolate drinks, and chocolate Frappuccino with no actual flavoring added The cups they serve are always messy and spilled. ——

A relatively new location so the amenities are pretty modern but it’s a really busy spot so the baristas are always busy and the service is mostly okay.

Drinks can take a long time to come out if you are order it when there is a rush.

The table selection is pretty bad and I would say about about 50% do not access to any wall sockets so if you are trying to get work done, you’ll need to try and wrestle a spot from other people.

My recommendation would be to go other Starbucks locations if you are trying to get something during a busy...

I would give zero stars if I could. I visited this location on July 6th, at 3pm. When I got to the window the lady who took my order was rude and had an attitude to begin with. When I received my matcha it tasted like straight water, it was disgusting and an absolute waste of money. I will never be coming back to this location and will be telling everyone I know not to come here. Someone should be fired, horrible service and obviously not caring about their customers. I should’ve went back and made them re-make my drink. Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. I hope the manager sees this and makes whoever was working held...

This location has the longest wait times over 5-15 min wait in the drive-thru...drinks are always made incorrectly which sucks especially if you waited over 5 mins which is the usual at this location. The customer service is OK not Great! Today I was told I couldn't get a frappe because they ran out of the BASE to make the drinks. I was stuck ordering another drink and my Pumpkin muffin which I asked to be warmed was actually served to me cold from the fridge. I had to warm it when I got home. I had absolutely no time to ask them to warm it after already spending to long of a wait in line. I will not return to...
