Wendy's — Restaurant in Elkhart

This Wendy's experience was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Me and my 4 year old Daughter arrived to get a kids meal at 8:31 pm. . All of the employees (5) were just standing around by drive thru chatting. I said hello can u please take my order, A young lady said we are closed inside, To which I responded well the door was open. She refused to take my order. I asked for the manager, the manager was very rude and said that they were closed ,also apparently they lost keys but nobody was looking for keys ? They were not doing anything at all. The problem I have is I was inside the restaurant b4' it closed but nobody could take my order? My suggestion was ring up a kids meal on drive thru and we will pay the drive thru order. She said nope ! She told me to get in line in drive thru.. We had took a wagon there after a park outing. I was not dining in anyways. My daughter started to cry stating please I'm hungry. And the Manager said I'm calling the cops on you now if you don't leave. Unbelievable a 4 year old is crying for a happy meal and she was calling the police. So I decided to go because my daughter was so upset about the police threat that I had no choice. Neither woman would tell me there names . Manager was a very heavy Caucasian . Employee had pink hair. Apparently she was unaware of the managers name as well. The crew at this store is rude lazy disappointing . No care for a child. My suggestion is fire all on...

If I could give a -100 for a review I would absolutely do so. I’ve worked in the service industry for 10+ years & have NEVER IN MY LIFE encountered such a rude and absolutely disrespectful manager EVER! Until tonight… We had a mobile order. $35 worth of food. Picked it up. Came home. Come to find out they never gave us our 4 fries. NOT just one missing but 4. So we drive back to get them. Only to be met with a rude manager who got disrespectful over FRIES. Which is baffling to me. So we get back home & THEN I get to opened my Jr bacon cheeseBURGER to not see a BURGER! NO MEAT. NOT ONE PIECE OF MEAT on my sandwich. I decided to call to talk to the manager about the situation. Maybe get some of our money back since I didn’t come to Wendy’s to get a BUN WITH TOMATO AND NO FRIES. She then proceeded to yell at me. And tell im the issue. Continuously cut me off while screaming at me. All the while I kept my cool asking for her to understand that it’s not okay , and what can we do about it. But after she kept yelling and cutting me off. She told me pretty much F U and hung up on me. All the while I didn’t raise my voice once. And was just asking to be heard. Like I think anyone would do in this situation. I added 1 photo but there is way more wrong than just not getting meat on my jr bacon...

Was in the drive thru at this location two days ago and I ordered a bacon mozz combo with my fries upgraded to baconator fries, a baked potato, chili, some nuggets and a small fry. When I got to the window and paid the girl gave me two bags and said "thank you, have a nice day". They didn't give me my drink. I had to honk my horn in order for them to come back to the window, i asked for my drink at which point the manager made me one and even upgraded the size, but just as quickly as the first girl she handed me my drink and disappeared..... I had no straw, I had to honk again. After all this i get home and started handing out food. at this point i realize that there are no fries in either bag besides the small that i ordered separate. Then open my sandwich, which i ordered double was a single..... This restaurant needs to have the ENTIRE staff replaced, manager included. there is no excuse for this entire lack of service. If i could post this with a zero star...
