I like to start by been a fan of this company for over 30 years and this place does not stand up.I wish I had the picture of the cheese stake from my birthday it looked like crumbled beef jerky and you could see the bottom of the roll i mean the crease really when you're paying the kinda of money there asking they should try to give very you what you pay for anyway I thought I would share with everyone that the chance of getting what you ordered right or made the right way is slim today I tried something different wanted a cheese steak it's supposed to be hot but it's as cold as ice I'm done won't be going back because you just get attitude like if it was your fault why would you like it the way it is...

The food was good, let’s get that straightened out. My problem is that I placed an order for pickup at 4:04 exactly. I was told on the app that it would be ready at 4:19. I showed up at 4:25 and they had not even started on my order yet. When I inquired about the status of my order the clerk let me know it would be a few minutes. It ended up taking until 4:40. This means it took the shop 36 minutes to make a sandwich. There are signs inside that state “no line when ordering online!”, that may be true but if there is going to be a substantial wait, it should have that as a sub item on the sign. Probably won’t come back here, and if I do, I will wait 45 minutes after I order to pick up so they have enough time to make...

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is always excellent, and this time was no exception. I used to go to the original Capriotti's in Newark, Delaware. I was very happy when they opened the branch in Elkton. I've been to their branches in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The subs are always excellent.

This time, my wife and I split a medium Turkey Bobby. It's essentially a Thanksgiving dinner in a sub roll. Turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. You can’t get this sub anywhere else besides Capriotti's. I highly recommend all of their branches, and I particularly recommend the Turkey Bobby sub.
