I am not normally a person that complains or writes reviews. Unless the service has been bad more than once or twice in a row. And I do write good reviews when service is good. This used to be a good place to go. Recently it has gone down hill. About two weeks ago I went through had many problems with my experience. I asked for the manager to call me. She sent me two free large combo coupons. I went yesterday and used the coupons for my daughter and her boyfriend.The fries were not just cold some of them were still partly frozen. I didn't bother to call or do anything. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal. Today my son said he wanted Jack in the box. He looked on the internet at the menu for what he wanted. He decided on a Munchie Meal. Its a combo meal they promote for late night eating. When I went through the drive thru I couldn't remember the name of the meal. It was not anywhere on the menu. So I described it in detail to the girl. She said "No, we don't have anything like that." So I told her I would just drive through before I ordered to call my son to see what he wanted instead. By the time I called him and got back in line, there were 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered then decided to look on the website to get the name of the meal so I could ask her why they didn't have it. I got up to the window and asked why they don't have the Munchie Meal. She said "Oh we do." it just costs more during the day. So now I'm confused as to why she told me they don't have anything like that. So I got what I ordered, Guess what? Cold, half frozen fries!!! And my grilled sourdough burger was barely grilled. Nothing like I'm used to. I'm not complaining to get free food. In fact I don't want anything from there. It will be a long time before I go back to this JITB. If ever. On one instance I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and was asked for my order at the speaker box as usual, but then was cut off mid ordering when the drive thru person said “hold on I’ll be back in a few minutes.” So I wait about five minutes just to be told that the place was closing early due to short staffing. So I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes without getting to order food because I was stuck in the line and there were about 3 cars ahead of me. I was LIVID.
I have gotten bad fries from this place as well, but I can’t believe what happened today. I ordered a side salad and opened up the container to see soggy, runny, brown lettuce. I am disgusted that no one checked to see if that salad was fresh.

Two kids working and taking 30 minutes to give me my order. This is unacceptable. I appreciate the minors working there, ik they are trying their best. Around 1:40 p.m 3/9/25 I got 4 burgers and when I got home. I ate one and it had PLASTIC between the meat. I tried to call jack in the box but their number doesn’t work. I guess they know this happens a lot. I’ve lived here my whole life and never had problems until about 2 years ago.
