I come to this location a lot. Every time I go through the drive thru, the woman on the speaker is very rude. She always cuts me off and tells me to wait. I understand that they can be busy, but that is not an excuse for not having good customer service. I am writing the review today because I ordered three coffees and two whipped cream cups for my dogs. I got my coffees at the window and I tried telling the guy that I was waiting on the pup cups and he closed the window on me. When he came back I reminded him and it was clear he didn't know what I was talking about. He turned around and said, "Um I need two whipped cream cups for dogs." The lady he was talking to let out a huge "ugh" and proceeded to walk away. I think this is terrible customer service and makes me not want to return again. If an employee is really overwhelmed with putting whipped cream in a cup, then she shouldn't be there. Everyone who works there has an attitude and shows that they would rather be somewhere else. Sometimes I'll come around 3 pm (not busy and no lines) and it will take 5+ minutes for someone to take my order and another 5+ to receive it. One worker vaped in front of me and my friend, another threw the order down and said it in a nasty tone (which I understand that coffee shops open early, but there's still an image to uphold), and the workers are fairly unattentive-- you could wait in front of them and they will not notice that you need assistance (a straw, forgot to serve my order, etc) which once made me late for school. Read moreWhile their app keeps charging me for orders, the people claim they can't find them. I've been charged $18 for one drink when their app charged me 3 times, then claimed they didn't have my order. I showed them the charge and they still efused to make my order. I left with nothing, but out $18 for one drink. They wouldn't even let me reorder, when I really needed something to drink, because the "line was long". I just sat in that line for an order I paid for! This has happened 3 times now. As much as I enjoy dunkin, they need to fix this app and service issue. Its obviously not the employees fault, im sure they are following their rules. But the company needs to sort this out and show their employees how to handle it. I should have gotten a refund...
