This was the worst fast food experience I have had in such a long time. Not only was the employee , a woman , with tattoos was EXTREMELY RUDE. to start, my dad asked for spicy queso in his bowl, she made sure he got as little of a scoop as possible. I then proceeded to ask for rice in my bowl and she gave me maybe a tablespoon of rice. We ordered a small chips and queso and noticed we were charged for a large. My mom politely asked if we were given a large and the girl said no you were given a small. My mom then told the girl how we were charged wrong. The girl sighed, rolled her eyes and with such attitude said I’ll give you a refund. It was clearly an inconvenience to her that she was angry about doing so. We then ordered two drinks and the iced tea was not even brewed let alone all the soda options were out as well… so my mom requested a refund on one of the drinks as well. And of course, the lady was incredibly rude about it and demanded the cup back in her hands. I usually prefer the town and country qdoba and try to avoid this one because of things like this but decided to give them another chance. I now will definitely not be returning to this one and will only go to town and country. This qdoba has had problems for years when it comes to rude staff, poor food l, let alone filth. Beans all over the floor, tables not wiped down, just overall so gross. Also saw an employee eating food off the line. Overall, don’t come to this qdoba and if you want it that bad go to town and country location because they are always clean, nice, and great food! I’m not one to leave a bad review for no reason as I also work in the food industry but this was just beyond...

I placed an online order for pickup at 5:15 PM last Thursday. When I arrived, I grabbed the bag with my name, only to realize it was the wrong order. I waited in line to let the staff know, and they agreed to remake it. I was told it would take 10 minutes because they needed to cook shrimp.
Fast forward 40 minutes later, my food still hadn’t been started. I finally got my order at 6:30 PM, more than an hour past my scheduled pickup time. They gave me queso, cookies, and a drink as an apology, which I appreciated—but when I got home, I realized my husband’s bowl was missing BOTH the steak and shrimp, which were the main ingredients of his meal.
We even filled out the customer survey on our receipt, hoping for a response, but never heard back. This was a huge waste of time and money. Mistakes happen, but waiting an hour for a corrected order—only for it to still be wrong—is unacceptable. Disappointed in the service at this location.
If you don’t want to wait an hour for the wrong food, double-check your order...
Read moreThis Qdoba use to be my favorite one. But went in with my friend yesterday and was a horrible experience. Staff gave me looks and some were not wearing a mask I think if you are working in a food business you should be required to wear one. I’m sorry but I don’t know where people have been. Also the cook was making very inappropriate jokes which I didn’t appreciate. And those tables were not being cleaned properly I would just like to see a little more cleanliness. We had told them that we had made a mess and then she used a paper towel. With everything going around I would love to have seen people washing the tables. Like we are suppose to do. This has been going on for around a year now and seems like all of the new workers they have gotten are not so nice or just rude. Although there was one guy at the check out that was very sweet and nice. Look new. There have been a few incidents that I have not liked here. And now I may not come back unless something...
