When I first visited them to have one of my watches serviced, I was welcomed into the shop with one of the employees opening the front door for me. The atmosphere and the culture that Clarkson Jewelers have is in a class of its own (other competitors can't even compare). As soon as I walked into the shop, I was immediately attended by multiple employees- all offering their assistance. They were not concerned about how much money I wanted to spend, but rather focused on attending to my needs as efficiently as possible. I was very satisfied and enjoyed every second of my business experience at Clarkson Jewelers. Although every employee care very much about every customer that walks in the shop, I want to give out a special shout out to Jessica! I can confidently say that Jessica is the most genuine watch dealer that I have ever met. Not only is she dedicated to finding the right products for each and every customer, she is very informative in bringing new perspectives for the customers during decision making processes. I can honestly and confidently say that she is into this business not to make profit, but because she genuinely enjoys finding the right products for the right customers (JESSICA DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY SORT OF COMMISSION ON ANY OF THE PRODUCT SHE SELLS). Through her, not only was I able to learn so much about different watches, but also had the great opportunity to experience what it's like to form a friendship in a professional setting (which I didn't know it was possible). Jessica was very patient with me during my decision making processes and made me feel very welcomed regardless of my decision to buy or not. Last Thursday, my wife was wondering if her engagement ring from Clarkson should be resized. which reminded me that I had been oblivious about the green sub that I was chasing. After talking with Todd on the phone he expressed the gratitude of my previous patronage and let me know that he had one for me and boy was I excited. As always, Clarkson greeted me with welcoming gestures and a drink to accompany my first ever Rolex purchase. For the whole entire time I didn't express much outward joy but my inside was partying like it's 1999. Todd was very professional and accommodating, explaining every single details of the watch and meticulously fitting the bracelet for me.

Having visited almost all of major jewelers around St. Louis area, I can confidently say that from the moment you step into the boutique you know you are in for something special. It's always a pleasure and exciting experience to visit Clarkson. It's superb service and attention to customer needs will have you come back for more.

I spent months trying to educate myself to find the best engagement ring for my girlfriend and to be honest, Clarkson Jewelers was not under my radar initially. I have been to literally all the Jewelers around St.Louis (yes, even the other authorized Rolex AD)and I can say without any hesitation that the service and eagerness to assist you were clearly in the air and my girl friend was sold by the service alone. I would like to give special shoutout to JESSICA who made my journey of purchasing engagement ring very easy and enjoyable, and TODD for willing to help me with getting my desired Rolex piece.
