I stop at this location 2-3x a week after done at the gym. Saturday, June 3 around 10:25am, most likely will be the last time I stop at this location. I ordered via the app for pick up. Waited at the drive thru for at least 5 min with no response. More cars began pulling up behind me. I drove to the actual window, which was open. After 5 more min of being ignored, I said excuse me about 6 times. Waited another 2 min before the person with the drive thru headphones came to the window. I proceeded to let her know that no one was answering the drive thru, where she then rudely interrupted me to tell me they are short handed and busy. I told her I am only here to pick up a smoothie, but that business is being lost because one car has already pulled away, and maybe put a sign up. She then, even more rudely was telling me they are busy and for me not to be rude, even though I was only telling her business is being lost. After she got rude with me the 2nd time, I firmly asked her to please just give me my order. In which she turned around, poured the smoothie in a cup while talking about me to another coworker (obviously since that coworker turned and looked at me), then handed me my smoothie and, I’m not over exaggerating, yelled at me “here’s your smoothie” and slammed the window shut.
I have no problem waiting for something, as long as there has been acknowledgement. Then, when I am offering some advice about maybe putting a sign on the drive up to let them know they are extremely busy, and maybe come inside to order…. I am treated like garbage from one of...
Read moreI was at this location, this little chubby dude with a neck beard took my order. I ordered a 32oz and was charged for it. He asked if I wanted my receipt I said no thanks and walked out to get a quesadilla from Qdoba while they made my smoothie. I come back to get my smoothie and it’s a 20oz, I refused the smoothie and asked for a refund. Pretty sure he accidentally gave it to a couple that was there, noticed they had 2 20oz smoothies and 1 32oz. The manager a super nice lady came out and asked to make it right by making me a smoothie which I declined. The lil chubby dude refunded me for the 20oz not the 32oz lol. The manager was great but lil chubby dude needs more training. I wouldn’t have left this review if he had refunded me the proper amount lol. Read moreTerribly disorganized. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Smoothie King. Go to the one on Manchester or in Chesterfield instead. There’s a bunch of teens working here that don’t seem to care. We waited 30 minutes for 3 smoothies, so I had time to observe their work flow…. With 6 people working and not many customers waiting, this is a crazy amount of time. The drive-thru takes priority over the other customers, they seemingly don’t do enough prep in the morning, and make too many mistakes. We got one smoothie (called the wrong name though), and they forgot to make our other 2. When multiple customers that came in after us started getting theirs, we asked, and they seemed to have no clue what we were even waiting on. Then they handed me one that was just sitting next to the drive-thru window & melted, then finally decided to make our last one. I didn’t even bother asking for a remake of the melted one...
