I'm very unhappy with their manager. James and his conduct in regards to my last interaction with him .By not following the proper policies doordash has with their company my customer didn't receive their food and wasted at least a half an hour, $7 worth of my labor before tip. I stood around for a few minutes until someone asked me the name of my order. I stood around for a few more minutes waiting for them to look for it and they told me that somebody else already picked it up . I asked if they checked The dasher's phone they said no. I said no big deal. As long as he'll remake the food I don't mind waiting. I'm going to go grab my phone from my truck file the proper troubleshooting steps on doordash and get you guys to the screen where you can confirm you'll get payment for that order . I showed them the proper screen showing my customer's name, order number, time, and their food. That screen had confirmation that they would receive payment directly through doordash for the order after confirmation that they would remake the food . He said" yep I got you so I clicked confirm so they would receive payment for the order. After waiting around for 10-20 minutes he says they still don't have it in their system and I told him the screen says it's going to send a payment through. It won't put it back in your system as a brand new one because somebody already picked it up. That's what that whole screen is for . After waiting around for a little bit longer he came back and told me that they're not going to remake it if they don't have it in their system and I asked him why he's not following the proper procedures after he told me he wasn't willing to call doordash himself to talk to them about it . I called. Gave them the same background information on this issue and he told me I'm not allowed back at the store And when asked about it he said because I didn't leave when they said they weren't going to remake it without it popping up on their screen. The very last time I talked to him before getting back on the phone with doordash. I did not appreciate the increasing attitude. Condescending tone And unwillingness to do his job. The more I follow the rules and follow the proper steps to have the food remade. And after all that as I'm not even on their property a mile and a half down the road I get stopped by the police and talk to you about the situation. I was parked in the same spot I was parked when I walked in the store. Vehicles were moving around me perfectly fine in and out of the property . But they reported to the officers that I was blocking entrance and exit. I did take the time to call Chick-fil-A customer service and report their store's conduct to corporate. But I stayed in the same parking spot I was in the whole time. For them to lie about my conduct to the police is absolutely frustrating. further wasting my time it's ironic because I was getting ready to tell them I was never going to spend my own money there again and hesitant to accept orders from there if my time and money was going to be wasted driving there to not be able to deliver food...
Read moreHad the worst experience tonight that I think we have ever had. Went to drive thru and placed my order with ease and paid for the order. Get to the window and everything turned south from there. I was met by an a window attendant , Julia, that apparently wanted to be confrontational and Ill. The bag was shoved into my window with her saying “here!” I kept my cool and just waited for the rest of the order. She then proceeded to hand me a Large ice water, and after taking it, I mentioned I had 4 Large ice waters. Then she turned her head and loudly and sharply asked “Can we give out 4 Large waters for just one item?” I said that she didn’t have to be so rude. I politely ask for the manager, she looked at Ellie and said ”She wants to talk to you.” Ellie was the manager, and she came over there and I was telling her about about my order. She was nonchalant about the whole ordeal, like she was enjoying the “show”, and told me I’ll talk to her about later, like she didn’t care about the way Julia was handling the situation and the way she talks to customers while Julia was over to the side kinda smirking looking at me. As she was going to leave, I asked her if she could have Julia leave till my order was done? Julia blurted out “I’m not gonna leave, this is where I work!” It was like she meant that she was gonna stay there. It was like Julia was running things like she was the manager. I couldn’t believe after all that was said, nothing was said to Julia. I calmly replied “I had a bag of ice also.” She replied “I know!” Sharply. Then proceeded to start staring at me. I was sitting there with her just staring at me and I’m thinking do I need to keep watching her so nothing will happen, then just yells at me “ You need to stop staring at me” Someone from the back asked her to go get something from the back, so she left. Thinking I had some relief from Julia, she returned. They finally gave me the rest of my order to let me leave and Julia sharply said “Goodbye Aspen!” And that wasn’t even the name of my order! First Update (see above for current review) Lowered review from 3 to 2 stars. Continue to get incorrect orders. A lot of times it is in the specifics on the order, so assessing what is in the bag isn't good enough. This morning we ordered chicken biscuit add egg. Correct on receipt, but we only got the biscuit and egg, no chicken ... So I guess before I move my car from the window I should pull out everything, unwrap it, check every ingredient, re wrap. Place away nicely (I'm going to be much slower at this then your professional workers), and then drive home if correct? Wouldn't complain if this was 10% or less, but this is 25 to 30% of the time ...
Original (see top for current review) Good food, consistently friendly service. However, their drive thru accuracy has decreased significantly over the past year. They set the bar high in other areas and they need to get this fixed. I would much rather get my order right out of the gate instead of calling in and getting freebies, or having to find a place to park and go back in. And in almost all cases receipt is accurate - the received order is not. Taco Bell, Popeyes, Lee's are winning in this area at order accuracy - please accept...
