Wendy's — Restaurant in Ellsworth

I give it -100000000000000000000 as a rating. Why would anyone want to eat here??? Why would anyone want to support such vile, nasty management by buying their products. I love Wendy's but I will never eat at this particular Wendy's and here's why: This a vile company to work for, with incompetent management that are thieves and liars. On top of that they abuse their staff to the point of refusing bathrooms breaks and breaks in general. I know this for a fact because one of the last times I was in the Ellsworth branch I sat and watched as one of their employees kept asking for a bathroom break, not one person cared while the poor woman could barely walk with trying to keep from peeing herself. Saddest part was the fact that after more than an hour of watching this go on, the poor lady pissed herself. How disgusting of a management team does a business have to have to allow this.This is abuse. This is slavery treatment. It's also illegal and Wendy's should not only be ashamed, they should be shut down and the management team brought up on charges for their heartless slavery treatment of their employees they NEED to keep their doors open. Not to mention the fact that they never delt with the fact that human waste was now on the floor and exposing all the food and stuff around it by cross contamination. I don't even think they cleaned the pee up off the floor. They never even told/allowed the lady to leave to change or clean up, the lady just took it upon herself to leave to go home to cleanup, all the while her fellow employees and management stood around complaining and wondering where she went. Absolutely disgusting and Wendy's as a whole should be ashamed of themselves. Unsanitary...

I don't know if the workers were high, but the smell of pot was pouring out of there. The female at the drive thru seemed so put out with having to speak, I wondered why she was the one taking orders. I repeated my order to make sure it was correct, and before i could finish speaking, she spoke over me with my corrected total since she hadn't bothered to pay attention the first time. The other one at the window was no better. It seems their goal is to get through their day speaking as little as possible, not that I was trying to make conversation by any means. The one that took my card couldn't be bothered with stretching her arm to hand me anything, not that I was far, but she kept her elbow bent as if she was just not interested in being there or irritated by the whole thing. Thank God the food was decent. I've not been here for a long time because their wait is usually really long, but I came in the evening and they weren't busy. I had much better service the one time I waited over 30 minutes in line than this time. Probably the worst service I've ever received from a fast food place. Absolutely ridiculous. They handed me my food without even looking at me. I started looking through the bags to make sure everything was there since they didn't say anything, typically they'll say have a good day, or, that's everything or SOMETHING to let you know you're all set... not these two. One of them looked at me like she wanted me to get going, and I asked her for my receipt since they couldn't open their mouth to say...

What an awful and scary experience we had at this establishment. They repeatedly got our order wrong at the drive thru. We ordered a 4 for $4 and a $1.69 cheeseburgerpaid with a $20 and tried to give me $4 for change. When I told him that wasnt right and explained again what my order was he then tried to give me $6 for change out of a $20. We ended up having to go inside to attempt to figure it out and was greeted by a violently angry manager who threw, yes, THREW our wrong cheeseburgers across their kitchen. The cashier spoke to me in such a patronizing and ignorant tone after I asked to just have my money returned. The manager then assaulted my husband by slapping money into his hand so hard the money went everywhere. I did contact their corporate office and was initially told someone would contact me via my cell phone number I left. This was over a week ago and I have not gotten a single response. I will never walk into another Wendy's. The district manager just contacted me. The minute he started to defend the abusive actions of his employee is the exact minute I stopped listening. I am blown away.

8/22/2024 Sign Saya open until midnight but at 9pm I went to the drive thru and the lady rudely told me they were closed. Change the sign if you're not really open until midnight and the staff could use a refresh class in...
