Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elmwood Park

I hate this place so much Taco Bell’s all up and down the east coast I think we should stop paying for refried beans and flour tortillas and different styles and varieties of such it’s all marketed with completely I mean astronomical difference in proportion of ingredients for example when you ordered a mcchickin what do you get a fried chicken patty between two buns lettuce mayo . That’s what’s in the picture that’s what you get , maybe one day you order someone in the back is new they might get that wrong ok that’s one thing . … but Taco Bell …taco bell employees have unified it seems like to completely take it upon themselves to change menu items serving specifications as they please from Florida to Maine all up and down the east coast stop paying for this crap it’s a total rip off let’s put it like this unless your “that guy” at the drive through you will never casually go to Taco Bell to have your order made right maybe if your dine in you might get lucky but not even then . actually please stop eating Taco Bell until they fix there menu take items that they refuse to make correctly 100% of the time, the new drops every Tuesday are cool but you guys are dropping the ball constantly on regular menu items something’s got to give I will not visit a taco bell and will recommend others not to until someone happens to see the value in consumer experience/feedback

I picked up an order last night from this location just to throw away $30 worth of flour tortillas wraps and baked beans essentially you think I wanted to think about anything other than getting what I thought I paid for and going home? But thank you to this location for my justification as to why everyone should be that guy with fast food otherwise you get crap service unfortunately…

Don’t be like me and let some lazy employees steal your hard earned money I would have checked the bag and drove around again but I was tired from work so you guys got me this time but it’s ok I guess I bought quicks afterwards I recommend any one with late night hunger go there instead a little expensive but you’ll get every dollars worth and get exactly what you pay for I apologized if I missed a memo Taco Bell keep up...

When I arrived to the location the staff told me they gave out my order already. I was trying to tell them that they made the mistake and gave it to the wrong person. The manager Nate came over and kept saying that the order was placed 25 minutes ago and it was a big order. I told him yes because I work 25 minutes away from this Taco Bell location and the food was for multiple people. He was very dismissive. I told him that they gave out the order to the wrong person and he was basically accusing me of lying and trying to get free food. He didn’t verbally say it but he pretty much did in other terms. After going back and forth with him he finally tells a staff member to redo the order in the system so they can redo it. He didn’t even bother to apologize or atleast a knowledge that they made a mistake. When he walked away from me, I saw him angry and he spoke to his employee very negatively. They employee started speaking in Spanish to each other saying that he doesn’t have to speak to them the way he did when they don’t even give the orders out. I spoke to the employees and told them that I’m sorry they have to deal with such an egotistical manager. The staff itself is great. It was just the way their manager took care of the situation. Never going back to this...

After 8 months since I posted my first comments below, this Taco bell won the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD!!!!! They are very consistent!!!! They need to be trained!!! I was standing waiting for them to take my order but the two ladies just tried to ignore me and they are busy talking to each other until a manager saw me. I told him how I feel. They can't even say hi, or smile and not even a thank you. I'm done with chicken quesadilla!! That's the only reason why I go there once a month. It's not even a busy fastfood chain. If I can give a big ZERO for this I will!!!

The most unhappy employees I've ever seen. I come here once or twice a month but never seen even one happy employee. Today I didn't see grumpy grandma that works there, scary like a bouncer but I've seen new faces that still look unhappy. They can't even fake a smile. Something is wrong. The place is not welcoming. I will still come for a chicken quesadilla and check if I can find someone that is happy to have a job or happy with what they are doing. I've been to different fast food and restaurants but this place and the employees faces made me curious. Do they hate each other? The vibe...
