So I decided to order KFC from the saddlebrook location on the Grubhub app. I’ve been sick with the flu so I didn’t want to leave the house. I placed the order at 6:15. At 6:16 it said kfc has confirmed my ordered and began preparing it. For the next hour I kept receiving notifications of longer arrival times for my food. Which mind you was only 3 things. At 7:25 I checked again and it says it wouldn’t be delivered until 8:20 which is over 2 hours after I ordered. And then app even said that kfc was still making this order. I think I waited long enough so I decided to call. Bring a fast food restaurant it shouldn’t take two hours. I called the restaurant and they put a manager on the phone. They asked about my order. The person on the phone kept insisting they didn’t have my order on their app but I heard the person in the background say my name and repeat my order. At that point I was so frustrated. Almost 2 hours I waited and then was lied to. Btw I work for a restaurant and we use grub hub. I know how it works and how orders are confirmed. Came around 2 for my son and I favorites after school to have the person taking our order with an attitude the entire time. No manners or education what’s so ever. It was so bad we heard it through the speaker: imagine my 8 year old son noticed. So when I asked if he was okay because the way he was speaking made me not want to order. His response was THEN DONT ORDER! As I went inside to make a complain he was still over all rude and disrespectful! The supervisor apologized for his behalf and basically to excuse him because he is go figure a minor. I see apparently no one taught this child any respect or morals of life! Read moreOn multiple occasions my orders have been messed up. I shrugged it off until today when I ordered food for my family and all 3 to go orders were not what I asked for. On my part I should have checked my food before I left, but you also shouldn’t expect to be served what you didn’t ask for. I asked for 3 five dollar fill ups with the three piece tenders, but all were filled instead with one chicken breast and one wing. They didn’t even taste that well. Two out of the three of us ate it but I found the chicken’s taste rather unappealing. I was stuck eating only mashed potatoes and a biscuit for my dinner. Portion sizing has gone down over the years. I’m overall very disappointed and always expect good food when I head over there, but lately I’ve been served food that was messed up.
