Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Elyria

So first experience was not so good. It was raining really bad and flooded by the front door soon as you walk in. Which is not the business's fault but the owner said I would live. Which is fine I thought that was kind of okay and then she says you were so brave for going through the rain which then maybe realize she was being condescending. So after spending 20 bucks with tip on three very small cups I realized that it probably would have been better if it wasn't for her attitude but I'm sure she was having some issues in her personal life. But I promise you if you want good ice cream go to scoops in town. The servings are huge, The prices are affordable and you get way more with customer service. It's nice to have new businesses in town other than car washes and vape shops but when you have a snobby Karen that owns the place ,You're better off going somewhere where your money will be...

Rita's Columbus Ohio is spectacular so living in Lorain County my original post after having Rita's in Columbus Ohio was this is great we need one in Lorain County we have one now had it yesterday careful what you wish for it would have scored none out of 100 Stars it was pitiful and disgusting it the girl that made it put a squirt of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in some melted vanilla ice cream and called it mudslide I had had it before in Columbus it was spectacular and this was the exact opposite I will never go there again and I won't request that another restaurant business comes to Lorain County because what's good in one place doesn't mean it's going to...

Ice cream, glitter and gummy bears. Can this life get any better? I remember when I used to go to Dave & Buster’s that they used to have grape soda with gummy worms so good how could they possibly of discontinued it well who cares Rita’s Ice and frozen custard rocks. The glitter lasted a lot longer than I thought. The gummy bears were delicious. Oh yeah, custard was great too. I was pretty excited about the gummy bears and glitter that I really didn’t pay attention to much more things but a place was great. Service was great....
