If you don’t read this review, you’re probably making the worst mistake of your life. I’ve lived in Allentown forever, and somehow I’ve been walking around like a fool, blind to the existence of this pizzeria. I accidentally stumbled in here and now I’m mad at MYSELF — genuinely upset — because I’ve wasted YEARS eating mid-level pizza when THIS MASTERPIECE was just minutes away from me. I don’t even know if I can sleep tonight.
The pizza? Bro. I was blown away. Sauce so fresh it feels like they’ve got someone’s grandma in the back crushing tomatoes by hand. Cheese? I swear I tasted a secret blend — like there was some parmesan whispering sweet nothings to mozzarella.
Now here’s the crazy part: I normally HATE crust. I don’t eat it. I abandon it. I betray it. But THIS crust? Thin, crispy on the bottom, chewy in the middle, folds like a New York dollar bill. I ate the entire crust like it was the main course. Who am I becoming??
The cheese stayed on like it was glued down by the hand of God himself. No sliding. No flopping. Every bite was a perfect sauce/cheese harmony, like garlic powder and angels were singing in my mouth.
And let’s talk speed. I called in a plain cheese pizza, and the man (probably the owner, probably also a wizard) answered so polite, so nice, then whipped up a pie in like 10-12 minutes. Normally when pizza comes out fast it’s undercooked, doughy, sad. But this? This was baked PERFECTLY. I think he has a super-oven, possibly built by NASA.
If this pizza is consistently this good, congratulations — I just found my go-to spot. Honestly, if you’re reading this review and you don’t try this place immediately, that’s on you. Don’t be like me. Don’t waste years of your life wandering around eating average...

I stopped into Rossi’s Pizza hoping for a classic house cheesesteak and a relaxing lunch. The food came out looking decent, but unfortunately, it had sauce mixed into the sandwich, which I didn’t expect or want. Mistakes happen — I get that — but what disappointed me most wasn’t the mix-up, it was the response.
When I politely mentioned the issue, the owner didn’t offer to make things right or even a small gesture of understanding. Instead, he stood firm, almost reminding me of my dad growing up — that old-school attitude of “you made your choice, now live with it.” It was one of those moments where you realize some people run their business the same way they were raised: tough, no-nonsense, and unapologetic.
I still paid the full amount — nearly $25 for the cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, and drink — and left dissatisfied. I joked on my way out, “That’s the most expensive mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had,” but the truth is, I walked away disappointed.
It’s a shame, because the place has potential and the food could’ve been great. But a little understanding and good customer service go a long way — sometimes even farther than the...
Read moreThe place is looking better than ever! Bought a taco and a German pizza this week -- fantastic as always. No one else around here has those two pizzas, and they are fantastic! The white clam sauce pasta is amazing and a perfect portion. The garlic knots alone are worth getting dinner here -- mouthwatering delicious. Chicken Sorrentino is one of my favorites. The fried calamari starter is amazing, and the only calamari around here I've found that I can actually eat and enjoy. Incredible food. The Sicilian pizza and Texas cheesy fries are my husband's favorites. Also highly recommend the vodka sauce. The cheesesteaks are exactly the way Philly cheesesteaks should be, and so are the chicken cheesesteaks. The gyros are really great. We've been ordering from here for years and have never been disappointed. And the owner is a...
