I live nearby and have been coming to this location for ages, and after years of the same problem I figured I'd say something on behalf of everyone I know who has the same problem on a regular basis. I went through the Drive-Thru and was helped by someone who seemed really angry. I got my order and drove home and realize that they gave me no straws for my drinks, and I ordered a frosty, and they never gave it to me. Regularly, even when eating in, the food is cold. Usually the nuggets and fries. Granted: I should have checked when I was leaving the drive thru, that was my bad. But I think the order should have been right in the first place. It isn't the customers job to fix the order, it should be correct the first time. Read moreI was told to go around in line again after the cashier named Maria wouldn't take my order after waiting at the screen for 10 minutes. I moved up in line instead of waiting, due to the line behind me, and the line was moving in front of me too.
When I got to the window, I told her I haven't ordered yet. She said "You didn't want to order at the screen?" And I told her "I did, but it was taking very long, so I moved up"(thought it was broken since it took so long). Next, she said "Well I have a long line behind you so...". I then asked her if she wanted me to go around the line again & she said "yeah cause my manager".
So, I did exactly that. And the next time I got to the screen, she spoke on the speaker instantly and actually took my order. I spent 30 minutes at this Wendy's. Not coming back...
Read moreI don't do fast food very often but had gone through drive thru a few months ago two times in a row with my son and ordered frosties. Both times they forgot to include napkins. I think this is a pretty basic thing when you're ordering drive thru food, especially any type of ice cream. I mean, is there a napkin shortage?? So the 3rd time it happened, I called and asked for a manager. She was shocked to hear this and gave me a combo meal and two frosties for free on my next visit. She promised to correct the situation and when I went there a couple of days ago, I was given 3 napkins with my frosty.
