Went in at 10:20am to get breakfast, which is served until 11:30am. I order at the kiosk and then wait for my food. An employee approached me and said "Sorry we're out of breakfast. I can give you a regular soft taco instead" I declined and said I would just take a refund instead. He huffed and proceeded to poke around the register for a minute before saying "Hang on we might be able to work something out". He went back for a minute and told me they'd be able to make my breakfast and it would be a few minutes and also threw in "It's a good thing you chose bacon otherwise I'd need to have you pay the difference". All of this was slightly agitating as I would've happily taken my money and gotten breakfast elsewhere, but I chalked it up to cleaning up early since it was a weekday and don't get many later breakfast customers.
While waiting for my food, a different employee came in from sweeping up trash outside. She proceeded to dump the dust pan in the customer trash bins and bang it against the top. I found this pretty gross considering she didn't sanitize anything around it afterward. I'm sure this is probably some kind of health violation but I'm just speculating. Why she didn't just dump it in the dumpster outside is beyond me.
Finally, I received my food. It was good, which surprised me given their reluctance to make my order. But while I was eating I overheard a group of employees at the drive thru. They were making fun of the "fat lady" coming through. Really put the cherry on top of my visit. Laziness, uncleanliness, and flat out disrespect for customers. I have no idea if a manager was present or participating in any of this, but it occured on 2/17 at approximately 10:20am. Very disappointed with my experience and would recommend people think twice before going to this Taco Bell. Read moresad to say this but i loved them before my last visit. i was a loyal customer. not anymore. i went over here one night last week and had gotten my typical order with black beans instead of beef. had beef put onto my taco. went inside they corrected it. went home, but last night i had enough. i ordered through the app and went through the drivetbru. checked my order. both tacos were incorrect and had refried beans instead of black beans. go inside and tell them its incorrect and im not even mad. i understand mistakes happen. i had told them what i ordered then they gave me two chalupa tacos with black beans. not even what i ordered in the first place. noticed on my way home. turned around and then i had told them im sorry im back, but i didnt order this could i give you guys the taco and get this corrected? and they asked what i had i stated i ordered two of these tacos with black beans and instead of getting the two i ordered in the first place. i had one that was correct and they never gave me my second one. im just highly frusterated because i spent over $15 so that i could use one of my rewards from the app. if i didnt have that offer on the app i wouldnt have spent that much money in the first place. i get mistakes happen, but repeatedly telling them what i want and having them mess up 4 consecutive times is highly...

My girlfriend just called me from this location, as she just got off an airplane from California. I'm in California now writing this review. It's 11:45pm and the drive-thru is open and the dining room is closed. Her parents were on their way to pick her up at the airport but apparently there's a huge accident that has shut down the freeway. She took an Uber halfway to this Taco Bell to sit and wait for her parents.
It's cold outside. She asked if she could come in, sit and wait out of the bad weather for her parents to arrive. Kevin told her no. She's now standing outside as we speak in the cold with her suitcases. She's a 45 year young nurse practitioner who works for an extremely reputable Medical Care Facility on the West Coast.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for not letting her sit in the warm dining room to wait for her parents. Where's the humanity in this country.
I am going to suggest to her that she contact the district manager, and even the regional manager. Nowadays bad publicity is not a good thing.
