Edit: (rating dropped from 4 stars to 1 star) Stopped in 10/2/22 to grab a coffee, line for the drive-through was wrapped around the building so I opted to go into the lobby as I was running on limited time. There were customers in the lobby but the door was locked, a customer let me in (red flag number one). First off the amount of flies that were in the lobby was concerning, the staff didn't seem to care the door was locked or that people were waiting in line. I was 4th in line when I arrived and after 20 minutes the first two customers had been rang out but were still waiting on their orders. I chose to leave at this point. Because as time had went by I noticed more and more that made me feel the place hadn't had a proper cleaning in a while. It's amazing to me that post-covid this is actually acceptable. If anything you think places would have much higher standards. I will never return.
Edit: (2019) I increased my 2 star rating to 4. I stoped to get another iced cap early friday morning and the two guys made things right. There the only reason instill go there.
Well, normally, I would say this location gets 4-5 stars. But today just a little after noon it was a different story, I frequent this location several days a week and normally never have a issue. I ordered the same thing I always do, given the fact that I order this particular item (oreo ice cap) everyday so I know what is looks like. So when it was handed to me today, (by a girl I didn't recognize) it looked completely wrong (no oreo on top and no visible oreo anywhere else). I asked the girl if it was right and she replies "ya" and I said are you sure because there is no oreo on it she then replies "I put chocolate in it because I think it taste more like a oreo" which then I replied you think fudge makes it taste more like a oreo instead of just using idk.... oreos? She then looked at me like I was stupid. Well half way down the road I take a drink and guess what it doesn't taste like, an oreo ice cap. So I will be returning a very unhappy customer and politely asking for a refund and then also asking that someone explain to that girl that no one wants stuff to be made the way she likes it, they want it the way is was designed from Tim hortons. Unfortunately all it takes to lose a customer is one bad apple, especially with there being a brand new Starbucks down the road. So looks like Starbucks just...
Read moreAs someone who doesn’t frequent fast food establishments often, I decided to stop by for a small caramel iced cappuccino to help me through a busy day, having had only a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, what began as a simple caffeine fix turned into a distressing situation.
After consuming nearly half of my drink, I noticed an unusual textured grain that I initially thought might be coffee beans. Upon further inspection, I discovered tiny curled silver pieces mixed in with what appeared to be metal dust settled at the bottom of my cup. The realization that I may have ingested a significant amount of this material is horrifying.
I immediately called the store to alert them to the issue, but my call was abruptly disconnected. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of communication, especially since the store was not busy at the time. Additionally, the employee who served me seemed disengaged and unprofessional, which only added to my concerns about the overall environment and customer service at this location.
I want to clarify that I did not engage in any disruptive behavior; I simply sought assistance regarding a serious matter. The demeanor of the staff left me questioning whether this incident was a result of negligence or something more troubling.
This experience has caused me significant anxiety and has reinforced my reluctance to visit fast food establishments. I sincerely hope that your team takes this matter seriously to ensure that no other customers are put at risk due to possible negligence or careless actions.
I have also reported this incident to corporate and the health department, and I urge you to investigate this...
Read moreBeing from Louisiana. This was my first time at Tim Horton. It was my dream to go to one. Since there isn't a single Tim Hortons in Louisiana. And I would always see the brand on TV. So I was shocked to find they are all over OH while currently visiting for work. I visited this location because I was in area. And my first visit wasn't that great and left me a bad impression. First thing, this location looks nice. But when I walked in it was completely empty. I would think it would be like filled with people because it a big brand like Starbucks. Secondly there was only one lady who was working. After waiting patiently, she ask if I was picking up for doordash. When I was to place my order she seem to can't understand me maybe because my Louisiana accent. I ask the lady what was popular here. She honestly didn't seem to care to explain and didn't look like she even wanted to be there. Than a guy walked out appear to be a manager. He was nice and understood me because he was originally from GA. But I ordered my drink and Timbit. The ice coffee was pretty good, and so was the timbit. But I think the service is lacking, that employee doesn't seem to like working there. Hopefully, if I go to another location it...
