I will NEVER go to this location again. Last weekend my daughter and I went in to this location with my service dog, which is for anxiety. Felicia, the manager, approached my nine-year-old daughter and asked her if it was a service dog that we had with us and my daughter said yes. She then told my daughter she needed to provide paperwork for the service dog. Mind you we were there with a to-go order and only filling our drinks waiting on our food to leave. They Lobby only had a homeless person which the manager was speaking with and another gentleman who walked in with us who had acknowledged the dog and said that she was cute. I had told this supposedly manager that she needed to go away from us leave us alone and that she was not to ask us for that and to just let us leave with whatwas being prepared for us. She told my nine-year-old daughter that she needed to go outside with the dog at 9 at night when it was dark and there were other homeless people present outside. And that she was calling the police on us for trespassing. I kept telling her that she needed to just leave us alone and let us leave once we got the things that we ordered. My daughter was very confused and was very nervous and at the fact that the manager who claimed that it was her store that she owned was calling the police and telling us to leave so she stepped outside like the female instructed. At this point in time the manager lit up a cigarette and was speaking to her homeless friend telling him how she was going to have me thrown in jail. Then looked at my daughter and said it wasn't her fault or the dogs fault it was her stupid mother's fault. I finally got the food went out to the car and she was just like I have your license plate you're going to go to jail yelling at me and I ended up dropping my food and just leaving. I contacted Burger King corporate and they said that it was appalling the treatment that I received. I wouldn't be so upset however she kept on and on and on about how she was having me thrown in jail and calling the police when she was totally in the wrong and it was repeated several times by me to leave us alone. She also very much terrorized my daughter with the things that she was saying about me and the dog and my being arrested. The response by the general manager is that we will be doing retraining with her. He said that he has hopes that I will return there so that she can apologize to me for this viscous behavior. That is not enough. My daughter was up all night crying and got sick because of it and she never wants to return to any Burger King again because of it. This so-called manager should no longer be in the service industry. I wear many hats for my occupations, one of which is food delivery and I will never ever go back to any Burger King due to this situation. I will also be contacting lawyers and the ADA because my rights were totally violated without proper appropriate resolution.
Update as of November 27th 2017 a Miss McClure called me from the franchisee and ask me what remedy I saw fit for the humiliation from her employee. I told her that a slap on the wrist certainly wasn't enough for the aggravation which my daughter, my service dog and...
Read moreI went to the drive-thru for some breakfast I ordered a number one sausage croissant with egg and a 3-piece French toast with a Coke I got to the window I handed her [manager] my card and she handed me my Coke I noticed that the cup was light I looked inside and it was half full I asked her to fill it up she then looked at me like I was inconveniencing her she handed me my bag of food and my Coke back I left the drive-thru and went and sat in the parking lot to eat my breakfast my French toast sticks we're definitely overcooked. I then took a drink to find out the soda was bad no syrup in it as I unwrapped sandwich I noticed it was not what I ordered it was a bacon croissant so I went back inside and confronted the manager she replaced my sandwich with the right sandwich and then I went over to the soda machine to refill my drink I noticed that the soda machine was not working either I confronted the manager again and she told me. Yeah the soda machine is broken when I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I went through the drive-thru she turned and walked away and help someone at the drive-thru and then came back to the counter and I asked her for my money back on the soda she then turned and walked away again without saying anything find me after about 5 minutes she came back to the counter with my money. For a manager her customer service skills are terrible and to give someone a bad drink and not say anything to begin with when she knows the machine is not working I will not return to...
Read moreWent to drive through at 6:45am because the website says open at 6 am. Sat there for 5 mins drove around and sign in window where you pay says don't open until 7am so drove around to drive through again to wait the 10 mins. Was told not open until 7am. I said I know that now, the website is wrong, and the hours of operation should be by the menu at the drive-through. He got mad and said I don't do anything with the website. I said I know,I am telling you so you can let management know it's not correct. He's irritated. I am there and criticing, so I got irritated because he is mad at me for sitting there waiting, I guess. He then said I could wait until they opened at 7 a.m., but then he would refuse my order. All this because I told him the hours are wrong on the website. I left and went to the one off of Belleview and SantaFe. They were extremely nice at that one. So I recommend going to the one off of Belleview and SantaFe and NOT the one in Englewood since they treat...
