I was displeased with the service and the food at this location. Nothing personal against the girl waiting our table. She may be new? but she needs to know that no one likes sitting and waiting on their food for 20 minutes while one person is served and has to eat in front of everyone else. Otherwise their food will get cold. While the other people at the table watch. Don't let the cook bring one plate out and then nobody else at the table gets anything for twenty minutes. He will ruin your tips! Don't give him the power to send out food before the rest of the table. Secondly come back and give refills. Be sure to ask everyone if they need a refill and ask how much ice they want and give them a fresh glass. Ask them if they need anything including condiments at this time since you are coming back with the drinks. Ask if they need anything at least 3-4 times during the meal preferably the first two times will be within the first 15 minutes of recieving the food. Carry napkins and straws and toothpicks on you so you dont have to make more trips. If one person asks for refills we all want them. Don't give ONE person a refill and never come back until everyone is ready to go. Ask if they WANT a to-go cup. This is advice that will increase your tips. I know the waitress is not responsible for the cook. The cook burned the bacon and even the crispy bacon lovers at the table couldn't eat it. I swapped my burnt bacon for someone elses bacon at my table who liked crispy bacon. And she couldn't even eat it. This meant she didn't even get to enjoy any of the bacon. Because by the time it was discovered the bacon was inedible I had already ate the bacon she gave me in the swap. To be fair they gave us another egg and it was way to well done. I do not like my eggs like this but I ate it to keep from starving and they gave us an order of bacon to go but it also looked burnt. And how hard is it to cook an egg to specification? Is a little past medium well hard to understand? It's all done except for a tiny bit of yellow in the middle of the yolk. The toast was not buttered either so it was inedible. Butter the toast! And the waitress never came back to ask us if we needed anything past the request to fix the bacon and the eggs. She might have been dispeased I sent back the egg and the bacon. But it wasn't her paying for the meal that no one enjoyed because of the service and the food. My sister didn't get onions in the hash rounds either as ordered. For 80.00 bucks I'm very aggravated. Shyte I could have went to Walmart right across the road and got everything to cook the meal and saved myself the grief and the money. It's frustrating! I came to this location after work with family who were in visiting from another state and really wanted to enjoy the meal! After tonight I'm done. Also my glass was dirty. But my sister said it was a piece of dried lemon. I hope that was what it was. It seems like good service and pride in your job is non existant anymore. If I don't get what I pay for I won't be back. I honestly don't know how this restaurant...

Ordered Delivery - Food was undercooked, side of bacon melted the styrofoam container all the way through, which means the bacon was so greasy the grease melted the container. The hamburger was raw in the middle, the onion rings were not cooked all the way and tasted like batter. The Turkey dinner I also ordered stank like the refrigerator, no gravy added, the marinara sticks were cold and no marinara sauce added to the order. I was tracking the delivery on my Doordash app. The delivery driver did not arrive at the estimated time because he was parked at another location for over 10 minutes, I kept refreshing my screen to see if he was moving towards my home for the delivery but he did not move for 10 minutes., Finally when I called him directly he said "he had another delivery before me", however it shouldn't take 10 minutes in 1 spot, as a result my order was 10 minutes late and it was cold to the touch, the condensation on the containers also made the food soggy. I had to heat up the side of undercooked onion rings and soggy fries. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I did call and speak to the manager who offered to remake the meal and then I would have to go pick it up, but I refused since it was already so late in the evening, He did offer a refund and I will call back to get my refund, I thought at least the onion rings was safe until I realized they were undercooked and the fries were soggy. The tomatoes were still green on the edges and in the middle You can see on the side of the hamburger. You may wonder why the food looks half eaten We were so hungry at first, and have ordered from here before, we trusted that the food would be safe. After a few bites that satisfied the initial hunger, the food tasted "funny" and "undercooked" with a smell of the refrigerator, and with no sauces or condiments other than a small cup of ranch sauce and some ketchup packets to cover up the raw taste, we started tasted the food as it really was. I called and was initially hung up on and eventually spoke to the manager. I hope nobody else gets sick from this, because me and my wif'e's stomach were feeling very "queasy" after only taking a few initial bites of this meal. I even was dumb enough to leave the highest tip for the driver, the manager did say that he is not responsible for the delivery portion since this is Doordash who delayed the delivery and left my meal in his car in this cold weather for over 10-15 minutes while he did who knows what. All I know is that this was the "Worst Food Order and Delivery Service" I have ever experienced !!!, Think Twice about putting your health and your family's health before ordering from here again !, oh yeah and they did not even provide a receipt which has the information needed to make a complaint on the corporate website. so I decided to post it here. I also ended up throwing this unsafe meal...

Of all the things I just can't, this place is the can't-iest. Things were simple: it was 4:30 a.m., we were hungry, and they had no other customers. Getting seated was easy enough, but our experience worsened from there. 11 minutes later, our order was taken. And our glasses of cloudy iced tea arrived almost 10 minutes after that. We were pretty hungry so I ordered the appetizer sampler. 27 minutes later, the appetizer sampler arrived with our entree.I asked the server if I should have specified that the appetizer sampler be delivered before the entree and she replied that I should have. Silly me, I suppose. The appetizer sampler was to be served with marinara and our choice of honey mustard or ranch and we chose the mustard. The mustard arrived in a large bowl, but the marinara was absent. I mentioned the lack of marinara and the server was surprised it was even offered. I had conveniently brought up their menu on my phone and pointed out her mistake. Ms. Server disappeared for a few more minutes returning to inform us they had no marinara. Fine. Worse things have happened and cheese sticks without marinara isn't the end of the world. Unfortunately, we still had to deal with entrees which arrived with the appetizer. For my entree, I ordered the Jalapeno Kick Ultimate Steakburger. "Jalapeno Kick Ultimate Steakburger? Alright, I'm here for this." I kept things simple by asking for no jalapeno mayonnaise, please. I'm assuming that what she heard was "no mayo and no 'spicy blend of sauteed jalapenos, serranos, and onions.' I pointed out the lack of toppings to Ms. Server and referred to the menu description on my phone again. She disappeared for a moment returning to ask if we would like ketchup or hot sauce. To her credit, Ms. Server gave us a 10% discount on the total of the bill after I concerned my disappointment. This amounted to $2.60-something. I made up for it with my 9% tip. I'm not a monster. Although we won't be back, I wish Ms. Server luck with her impending performance improvement plan. I'm including their printed and sleeved request for job applicants just because of the lack of punctuation, inappropriate capitalization, excessive used of ellipses, etc. One star:...

What has happened??? Me and my family moved down to Arvada about 3-4 years ago. We just found a nice place in Englewood, and were glad to move back. The other day my husband and I went to IHOP on a date of sorts, just some time away from the kids. Our waitress, Amber, was less than spectacular, being mostly absent, not refilling our waters and leaving the table next to us dirty the whole hour+ we ended up being there, but at least she was friendly. The service was bad enough that I only left a 10% tip, instead of my regular 20%. I came back with my TWO sons and husband today, hoping the daytime staff would be better. Though slightly more attentive, my waiter, Tyler, was much worse. You could tell he was upset to have us as his table from the moment we sat down. He was watching us like a hawk the whole time though, you could tell by his behavior. He brought us condiments before asking which we wanted, dropped them on the table and left without a word. He rolled his eyes when I said I wanted a coffee just for me, but my husband doesn't like coffee. Me and my husband had chatted a little about his additude, but mostly focused on our meal, which was great, compliments to the chef(s). When Tyler brought the check, it seemed like a bit much, so I checked the items, and he had added gratuity! For 4 people???? I worked at that exact IHOP for 3 years with Bobbi Jo and Michelle Padilla, that's why we went here not Denny's, for my personal nostalgia. I know policies have changed, but I have NEVER received or given gratuity for less than 8 people! This pompous teenager decided that we looked poor, so he was going to get his money. He also quoted us on the check as 5 guests. I guess I'm just fat enough to be two people right?? This is beyond bull. We may grow our hair out, but I make more than enough money to bring my family to a freaking IHOP. If I didn't have the money to pay and tip I would not have gone. Your customer service training needs serious improvement. I would say bring Bobbi Jo back, but she was too good for this b.s. place.
