It was my daughter's 5th birthday, and her request was to go stay at a motel and go to Chuck E. Cheese! We drove 4 hours and went to this location specifically because we had visited once before and everything about it is EXCELLENT. The service is fantastic, the games are in working order (or quickly filled with tickets as needed), the entire establishment is clean. It is being managed VERY well. A HUGE kudos to the entire staff- because a location doesn't come together like that without everyone's help. They have such a good team there, and it absolutely shows. Now on to our party host. (I believe his name was Albert.) He was incredible at his job. The joy and excitement he brought was absolutely contagious. His energy was wonderful. He was so helpful and on-top of everything, and I can not express how happy I am that he was paired with our party. Chuck E. Cheese's has a real asset within that employee, because he took an ordinary birthday celebration at your establishment and he truly made it magical. I am embarrassed to say that during the birthday show, I literally had to wipe away tears because of the huge smile plastered on my daughter's face. He made her feel so special with his body language and energy. Coming from a former Cast Member, he would fit right in at Disney World because he makes you believe that he just has that "pixie dust." That something special that makes a person fit for jobs that bring happiness and magic to others. He is wonderful with kids, and they can't help but be excited with him. I was watching the video I took of our kids dancing during the birthday show, and I noticed that not one of my kids had their eyes on Chuck E. They were ALL watching, smiling at, and dancing with our party host. He stole the show! My only regret is not having the time to give him the praise he deserved in person in the rush of the birthday party festivities. I truly hope that your company will recognize him and he will stay motivated to keep doing what he's doing, because he truly took our birthday party experience over the...
Read moreEdit: I want to start by saying corporate fixed everything were easy to work with and will be dealing with the manager who was presented as the district manager. The actual district manager is Ryan and a super nice guy. We will be going to the lone tree location till the sort out what happened at englewood.
Last year did my twins bday party and was great and was excited to go there again this year. We confirmed I had 20 kids confirmed and to keep the number at 23 for the party. I even have a ring video from my living room security footage going over the party. End of party, 23 gift bags given out, 23 wrist bands were given, 23 cups on table: then they charged me for 28 kids. I said excuse me you overcharged, the short girl working there starts ranting and raving listen to me listen to me. I kept saying ok talk. She clearly was not realizing she confused my party with her party of 30 she told me about on the phone coming in. So I started recording her. So she ran off and called the police on me. The main manager comes out and still charges me for 28 kids. I am trying to find corporates number and get the security footage to prove not only were these managers liars but also never even saw the district manager till the end. I would love to talk to the owner and resolve this issue. Hopefully you see the footage and realize that you need better staff and to be more present at this location. Last year was amazing this year not so much. They also ended up using our credit card for an only fans account. May have been dumb enough to send it to themselves. We contacted the police when we found the charges...
Read moreOur experience was like paying for a over priced train wreck. We paid over $200 for our sons birthday party to be here and it definitely wasn't with it. It started with a rude young lady at the front door who didn't want to do her job so most of our party guest had to wait at least 10 minutes to get in the door. Than the party hostess were super hard to get a hold of because it seemed like they were always off doing something else. So although it is supposed to be a timed organized , it was very disorganized and rushed event. We also had guest order food separately up at the counter because they couldn't find our host and the same young lady who failed to let our guest in again failed to inform our guest that their food would take over a hour to get to them, she also ignored them when they asked about certain items at the Salad bar. At the end of our very disorganized and stressful party we were than rushed away from our party table and made to move all of our party stuff half way across the restaurant so that our kids could eat their cake and our other guest could wait for their food that once I brought to our host attention she went into the back and put a rush on it. As we sat waiting for the food we noticed that the party table/area we were in sat unused. All in all this was a very frustrating, irritating, and stressful event that wasn't worth the money. I had several party guest who were very mad and didn't enjoy the party and I had a very upset birthday child and sibling...
