Cupcakes By Carousel — Restaurant in Englewood

We just ordered 6 cupcakes and had our friend Dr. Lee pick up the cupcakes on her way here. When she got here and we opened the box, there were only 4. We're super busy today, so it was extremly upsetting that we had to call them and my friend had to drive back and forth to pick up the two forgotten cupcakes. When my husband called, an employee did apologize but kept reiterating that this usually doesn't happen. Dr. Lee told me the worker likewise attempted to cover for the business when she arrived, yet offered no compensation. The delay caused my friend to be late for her appointments. Wow. Some customer service. It's not bad enough they forgot, but to consistently discard responsibility and make customers feel this way completely devalues their brand. I've been buying cupcakes from them a lot recently, but this is not only unprofessional but upsetting. Very disappointed by...

Amazing is an understatement - the cupcakes here are perfection. Having been blown away in San Francisco and Los Angeles by Suzie's Cakes a couple years ago, I've been in search of the perfect cake/bakery in the Tri-State - while I had been loyal to Cheesecake Factory's cake-style carrot cake and lemon cake, Cupcakes By Carousel is a true game-changer. An endless assortment to choose from, the nicest staff you'll ever come across and the packaging alone makes this a must-visit. If you're skeptical, just come through on a $2 Tuesday and grab a couple - within moments you'll realize it's worth getting an entire batch.

Insanely delicious moist and Flavourful cupcakes and cakes! 🎂 They can do no wrong, this is the type of place where the baked good are soo good you don't think about carbs or calories you just say, " we'll cross that bridge when we get there!"

The price is reasonable only because these are EXCELLENT cakes (33 bucks for a dozen). I spend most of my life trying out bakeries, it is my pastime- trust me, you will not be disappointed. There's no private parking but those are small inconveniences for a taste of Heaven. Everything else is a blur, as I can't really think straight after biting into one of these endorphin...
