Worst Papa Johns Ever!!! Called the call center person did not speak English could not hear me had to yell at them for them to somewhat hear me I asked to be transferred to the store.
After repeating myself 7 times.
When I finally got a hold of the store the gentleman that answered the phone told me that he cannot take orders over the phone that I had to go to the call center when I asked for him to give my name and number to the owner and to have him give me a call me, the manager told me the best idea is to just leave a bad Google review which is what I’m doing now.
Because that’s the only way the owner will not brush me off. Also that the owner not be interested in calling this customer back.

After The third time of calling Papa John’s customer/order service line I asked to speak to the floor manager the floor manager told me he was going to correct the order and get everything perfect that I would have nothing to worry about HAHA!!! The order showed up (wrong!) my order was thin crust pepperoni pizza Parmesan garlic bread and one ranch cup. They brought out a thin crust pepperoni pizza with peppers on it that’s it. Nothing else.
So the end result I called the store back the manager tells me he's been working there for seven years and he just turned the oven off and he cannot fulfill my order so with a snappy attitude he said he was just going to refund my money. So in short terms I will never ever order from that terrible pizza joint ever again. The owner of that store will never get another red cent from me good luck and may the odds be...
Read moreUpdate (10/25): After submitting a complaint about our service on the Papa John's corporate website, I received an email from the (new) general manager. She was apologetic about our experience, and credited us with a free pizza and side item. We ordered from them again a couple days ago, had no problems, and we weren't charged for our order. Changing my rating based on this experience.
Last night we ordered a pizza with no cheese (1 vegan, 1 lactose intolerant) for pick up. We get there and pick up the pizza with no problem, and leave, assuming it was made correctly, and really, we should've checked but didn't. We get home and there's cheese on it, which is annoying, but I get that pizza with no cheese probably isn't a real common order, so it's understandable that it was wrong. So we call back and they agree to remake the pizza, which they basically have to do. We ask if they can deliver it instead since we don't want to drive back to the store, they say yes but that will be another $3 for a delivery fee. And it won't be there for 45 minutes. So at this point I'm thinking it's a little unreasonable that they can't waive the delivery fee OR put our order at the front of the queue OR refund the cost of the original order, but we don't push the issue, because we didn't want spit on our pizza. I've had orders messed up by other Papa John's locations before and they did ALL of those things...basically, those store managers understand customer service. Anyway, that was 9:10 pm, at 10:20 pm (over an hour later) our pizza gets there, but at least it was correct this time.

Read moreSo far it's been a hit or miss, mostly miss. I'll get a pizza that looks like they ran out of cheese, pizza not completely covered with cheese. This last visit was the worst pizza. Not completely covered in cheese, not well done and my veggie pizza had all sorts of meats mixed in. As a vegetarian that hasn't had pork, beef etc in over a decade, this was seriously disturbing. I emailed them letting them know of my disappointment, no response as of yet. So it bothered me enough to call the store and complain and ask how jalapeno and olives could possibly translate to Canadian bacon, beef, and whatever the other meat was. I guess I was looking for more reassurance on the QC, that they'd speak to staff to be more alert, or any suggestions for me to help them do their job right. The manager, Josh's response was basically , there's a don't similar pizza on their menu but that has meat on it, I don't know what happened, we're understaffed, but I can give you a free pizza.... I said fine, but I guess I'll wait a few months when they're hopefully adequately staffed and possibly interested in satisfying customers.
