The woman who runs this rescue is not responsible. I adopted a cat from the rescue, later found out she was diagnosed, but not treated for an Upper respitory infection while in Soul dogs care. All other cats in the store were from Soul Dog. All 5 cats were sick. The store reached out to Shelby, She blocked their number. I sent her an email to care for my cats meds because on the adoption papers it states Upper respitory infection meds will be covered through their rescue if reported within 14 days of adoption. I have endlessly emailed her. Never got a response. It has now been 14 days and I will have to take the cat to the vet and buy meds at my expense because they will not hold up to their contract. Any shop I’ve been in that has Soul Dog cats, the cats are sick. Why would you put cats up for adoption before they are medically cleared? That’s risking the cat and other people’s cats health. They DO NOT care for their animals. Shut them down immediately. I love my kitty but I am very disappointed my money went to support this god...
