Men Tang Upholstery — Local services in Englewood

I normally don't like doing this, one small business owner to another, however I felt the compulsion to write this 1-Star Review.

I had several chairs from a cigar lounge reupholstered in November of 2021. After less than 3 years, it was time to get them done again

I dropped them off last week, and woke up to a voicemail today saying it was going to be $350/chair just for new upholstery (it was $195 for padding and upholstery last time).

He then finished the messaged with "I recommend you taking these chairs back, they stink...they stink up the whole shop"..."get these chairs out of here, otherwise they stinking up my whole shop, I DON'T WANT THEM HERE"

Do the chairs have a cigar smoke smell? Yes they do. Could this have been handed more professionally? 100%

Do you really think 2 chairs would stink up an entire store?

I'll take them to somewhere who WANTS the business and money. I have 6 more to get done...

These guys are amazing. After shopping three other stores to get two custom sized cushions made, I found Men Tang Upholstery and couldn't be happier with the results.
