Update The quality here has really tanked. The servers working drive thru can't get an order right, and the boy who took my last order was not only incompetent but also rude and got an attitude with me because he input my order wrong. My wife and I used to like this place but it's just not worth the hassle anymore

My family got theirs plain while I opted for ketchup and mayo, and the staff was not stingy with the toppings. The fries are proper shoestring and seasoned as well. It's not overpowering, and the fries were crispy on the outside yet soft in the middle. I place them in between McDonald's and Wendy's for fry quality. My wife had the patty melt combo with a medium shake (12). The shakes stood out - tasty and thick in the extreme - giant straws were barely enough, a spoon is appropriate. Consider that they are custard, basically soft-serve in a cup. Thin fries (like Steak-n-Shake's) - so thin it is impossible to serve them hot unless you were to eat them over the fryer. By the time they've drained, they're room temperature. Burger King is better food for half the money (an Impossible burger for half the price of a squishy bean burger).
