Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ennis

Went there tonight and they didn't want to serve me. When all I wanted was a Small Drink. The Chic and 2 Punks were fighting over who was gonna serve me because none of them wanted to serve me. Idky? I don't know any of them! I posted a review on our local news page! To the Chic & 2 Punks working at Jack in the Box around 915pm this evening! All I wanted was a Small Drink. The 2 boys were in the back leaning on the counter playing on their phones. The chicworking drive-thru but didn't want to wait on me! She was instructing the 2 boys to help me because she was too busy, but the boys just stated they were too busy so I dropped the f bomb and told them I didn't need their f-ing service!!! Not the Christian thing to do. But my goodness, what is the problem? I was just standing there watching them bicker over who was gonna take my order.... EXCUSE ME FOLKS! I don't usually leave bad reviews because I've been in fast food before too and know how it can be sometimes.But today on Thanksgiving I got really annoyed because I work everyday holiday or not and I actively avoid this jack in the box but since it was Thanksgiving it was one of the only places open I could go to. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and 4 tacos and after paying they tell me to pull around to the front and they would come out and give it to me so I did and after 10 min they bring my food and I rush to work when I open the bag I have 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich with no cheese. Usually I would let it slide and not think much of it but this happens at this location every single time I go there and on days I'm running late I can't go back and ask them to fix it and it's just so annoying at this point. I would suggest going to literally any other fast food restaurant in the area because this jack in the box is almost always going to get your...

We pulled into the drive thru ordered our food, pulled to the window and paid. The cashier guy asked us to pull around to the front and they would bring out our order. I thought it was kind of odd considering we were the only people there. So I pulled around front where we proceeded to sit for 20 minutes!!!! I called inside and spoke with a lady and told her I had been waiting for 20min. She then apologies and tells me there are only two workers working she was the 3rd. I guess she don't count? Anyways, she said she was bringing our food out. 12 min later a total of 32 min. we FINALLY have our food. I understand there were only two people working but I don't understand why it took 30 min to get our food out when we were the only people there when we pulled up.
