I ordered a specialty coffee. I left and after a few minutes I took a drink of it and it was basically just hot water. I went back and asked them to make me another. I pulled to the side to wait. A young lady came out in a few minutes and told me the machine was in cleaning cycle and it would be 18 minutes. She told me I could wait if I wanted to. I didn't have time to wait. She didnt offer me a refund. She didnt offer me another beverage in its place. I just took my cup of hot water and drove home. Oh well, better luck next time. I could understand her attitude if I had been rude, but I was pleasant through the whole conversation. I just really wanted macchiato!!!!
Ok. Went back two weeks later. Ordered my HOT macchiato. We got to the window to pick up our order. It was iced. When I ordered my coffee I said that I would like a caramel macchiato, hot please. Even said please. I asked the young lady at the window if I could just have a refund on it because it was wrong. She consulted with a manager and asked me to wait for the manager in a parking spot. I didnt have time to wait. Didnt want to. Just wanted a refund. I just left. Wasnt worth the hassle. I have to go to Waxahachie Mc Donald's to get my order right. Darn it. Its farther away and I usually dont have errands to run in Waxahachie. Guess I'll just start making it at home again. Ok. Went back after a couple of months. We were charged for the wrong order at the drive thru . We recieved the wrong order after being refunded and charged for correct one. People behind us in line started honking because by this time 10 minutes had passed. There were so many drinks sitting on the counter that they were all mixed up. Read moreI thought I was at a circus. These $15/hr "workers" were pretty entertaining. The automatic robot menus decided to act up like millennials and not work. Then the human behind the register didn't know what to do when the register ran out of paper. But these talented Biden voter's didn't miss a beat. They kept punching buttons sending orders to the kitchen making ole Ronald McDonald proud. The manager shuffling orders acted like her ears were plugged behind her plastic covid protector when she kept calling out numbers as customers kept stating they didn't have numbers. It was the blind leading the blind. Meanwhile the drive up was backed up to Dallas. Maybe I will get in that line and ask for a refill? The positive was my order was like a happy meal surprise. I had no idea who ordered it but it was good. And the guys cleaning the dining room were doing fine work. They should get $40/hr if the monkeys making...

At least steam clean the kids area to kill all the germs it's very dirty under you can see all the trash all the maskiness that's accumulated under them where they have where the water would drain near the drain it's very dirty also it's very disgusting I've gone at different times of the day in the morning there's elderly probably retired men that sit and drink and have coffee they use the bathroom and then urinate the whole floor very disgusting when it's a child's play area bathroom it's very nasty 🤢 to say the least they don't have a consistent cleaning people so the kids play area is the most neglected part which is the reason why a lot of people go to this McDonald's it's unfortunate the food is just okay it's McDonald's what do you expect customer service generally everybody is pleasing...
