Wendy's — Restaurant in Ennis

I spoke to a young woman at the counter, and I asked her for a small chocolate Frosty. I paid for this and then waited. She handed me a tiny strawberry Frosty. I informed her that this was incorrect. She told me I ordered a junior strawberry Frosty.

I consider myself somewhat eloquent, and my diction and grammar are in place. I repeated my order to her once again. That's when she informed me that this was a junior not a small. I repeated my order with her once again, somewhat frustrated at this juncture. She told me she is going to need to get a manager we were going to need to void the sale then recharge my credit card. I can only imagine the hassle that would ensue. Ergo, I took my junior strawberry Frosty that resembled nothing of the small chocolate Frosty that I ordered.

It was really horrible soon as I walked in the establishment there was an awful smell like mold. Then as I was ordering my food cashier could not get my order correct had to tell her four different times what my order was then I had to confirm everything myself and then I still messed up on the order. Right along with that, there was a homeless man inside the establishment steadley bothering me and my family while we were trying to eat. I am not a selfish man I did give the gentleman some money we did give the gentleman some food but for the simple fact that there was a homeless man inside the establishment asking for money begging everybody he sees is a little uncomfortable. This Wendy’s is managed exceptionally well! We stopped here on the way to College Station, and I’m not a huge fan of Wendy’s or fast food- but Blanca ran this place like a 5-star sit-down restaurant! She was hustling around making sure everything was stocked and the orders were correct without being bossy or rude to her employees. She let me taste the pickles on a new sandwich to see if I would like them. She didn’t make me feel in a hurry but was still working with urgency which is what fast food is missing sometimes- everyone there is always taking their time, and if it’s fast food, you want to get it quickly and correctly. I was so impressed, I asked for her name and had to write this review! Our food was all fresh, correctly...
