Chuck E. Cheese is a classic spot for family fun, and this location in particular has really stepped up its game. The place looks cleaner and fresher than ever, with a revamped menu featuring some new items that are worth trying out. I appreciate the switch to timed play for games, although my tall 10-year-old was bummed he couldn't bounce around in the new bounce area. The staff here is always super friendly, which is impressive given the chaos of all those excited kids running around. The pizza is still a hit for me, a Huntington Beach native who has been chowing down on Chuck E. Cheese pizza since childhood. It's not New York or Chicago style, but it hits the spot. I do wish they had a bigger selection of games though, maybe throw in some old school classics or pinball machines for some added nostalgia. The salad may be a bit pricey at $12.99, but it's always fresh and clean with real bacon bits - a nice touch. If you're looking for a fun spot to host a kiddo's party or just want to stop in for some entertainment, Chuck E. Cheese is a solid choice. Give it a try!

As someone who loves Chuck E Cheese and their food, the experience I had today was incredibly disappointing. Myself and 4 other friends all entered this location with the intent to play a few games, but mostly looked forward to the food. We were greeted by a very rude man we were informed was the manager. He asked our ages, and after we responded that we were all over 18 (even offering ID), he rolled his eyes, sighed, and said we need a parent or guardian. We asked if we would at least be allowed to order for takeout, which he said yes to, before disappearing into the back. We had to ask a different employee to help us out. The cashier who helped us was very kind, but that is the last positive of this whole trip. We ordered 2 X-Large pizzas and a cookie, and the cheese pizza was covered in this blue sugar. I am very upset with not only the quality of the food, but the blatant disrespect from the management.

⸻ I’m a Gold Pass member and have visited this location many times. Unfortunately, the service hasn’t always been the best—until today! Dylan was at the front, and I have to say, he completely turned things around. I honestly wish I could tip him—his warm, friendly, and professional attitude made a huge difference. From the moment we walked in, Dylan made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s such a refreshing experience to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when that’s not always the case. In the past, I’ve encountered employees who seemed annoyed or uninterested, but Dylan was the exact opposite. His customer service was hands-down the best we’ve ever received here. He absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise! I really hope he continues working at this location, as we come here frequently. Thank you again, Dylan, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service!

I planned my sons 9th Birthday here!! He was so excited! we went to a birthday party there and the hostess was amazing and we loved it so I called the next day and booked ours!i called the store and asked if I could request the same hostess Maria but was told she worked at a different location normally but promised we’d have the same experience. Then when I went t get the printable invites I couldn’t so I went in the store again and spoke with the store manager and she said there was no way she could get me invites even though that is part of the package, so she gave me a deck of Chuck E. Cheese cards and I made my own invites. Then on the day of I get there and imagine my surprise when Maria (the hostess I requested) was there, but she wasn’t my hostess, Alana was. She was horrible, she was rude and pushy, she brought the dipping dots before the pizza then served the kids pizza , while they were still eating she moved my sons pizza and set the cake in front of him and starting doing happy birthday and multiple guests told her that my husband and I weren’t there and she needed to wait and she shrugged her shoulders and continued , I ran over and didn’t even get to put all the candles on the cake, then she didn’t even ask my son which slice he wanted and after he finished his pizza he asked me for a piece of cake and was upset that none of the characters pieces were left, and it was HIS birthday!!! Then she thru away my salad plate I paid for and didn’t even use, as she didn’t tell anyone when she brought the food and some people didn’t get to eat, including myself and my husband who paid for the party!! Then I was a goodie bag short! She rushed us the whole time and was very pushy and rude , especially when my son did the ticket blaster that he was so excited for and she didn’t explain it to him and he got Hardly any tickets and she didn’t wait for anyone to do it! So I spoke to Maria at the end and asked why they wouldn’t let me have her as a hostess, as she was amazing! She said that she was no longer allowed to do parties and was put on probation due to someone at my friends party Saying she gave free stuff away. I know they were referring to me as I spoke to the store manager about her when I requested her and I did not say that she gave free stuff away I said that she went above and beyond for them!I’m very upset as to how we were treated and how my son was treated being is we spent a ton of money, and my intention was to have my other child’s birthday there in July but I won’t be doing that now! this is very...

Title: Granddaughter’s Birthday Visit to Chuck E. Cheese

Review: Our recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese for my granddaughter’s birthday left us with mixed feelings. While we enjoyed celebrating her special day at one of her favorite places, there were some disappointing aspects of our experience.

The atmosphere at Chuck E. Cheese is always lively and fun, perfect for a birthday celebration. However, we were taken aback by the new policy that requires an additional $12 to $22 for kids to access the bouncy house area. As grandparents wanting to make our granddaughter’s day memorable, this extra cost was unexpected and felt unnecessary.

What saddened us even more was witnessing young children, including our granddaughter’s friends, being turned away from the trampoline zone by teenagers enforcing this policy. It was disheartening to see their excitement dampened by the realization that they couldn’t participate without paying an additional fee.

Despite these challenges, we made the most of our time together and celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday with love and joy. However, we hope that Chuck E. Cheese reconsiders this policy in the future to ensure that all children can enjoy their experience without feeling excluded or burdened by extra costs.

Overall, while our granddaughter had a wonderful birthday celebration, we couldn’t help but feel disappointed by the commercialization of what should be a carefree and inclusive environment for children to play...

Although I haven't been to this particular location as a customer yet, I came in for an interview and figured I'd post a review because I was very impressed with this particular establishment! I've always loved Chuck E. Cheese's since I was young, but this location is something spectactular! They have very friendly, inviting staff, the place is literally the cleanest and best Chuck E. Cheese's (or kids place in general!) I've seen. Salad bar looked very fresh and well-stocked, and is the first one in town that I know have that has done the new renovations, updating it with a lovely dance floor so kids can dance with Chuck E! As I observed the establishment, I also noticed that they were very reliable in performing the Kid Check, always had clean floors, tables, and counters, and I noticed their new All You Can Play option is very nice, and sets a time for your kids to play for a set amount of money, and is much more economical unlike having to carry around a limited amount of tokens that you have to keep buying. Overall, wonderful experience here, thank you for the opportunity and I hope to see you...
