Been waiting for 2 days for a refund and a manger to call me back. Everytime i call and ask for a mangers name the employees studder then repeat "the managers name"? Like yeah i want to know the name of the person who does your schedule to which i have been told "they are not sure" and today was told i think its "Maria" umm get a new crew the ratings alone should have the corporation looking into what is actually goung on. I will say i had the absolute worst experience that is too much to even write about on Monday june 7th 2021 i waited for 1hr and 10mins both in the drive thru and then was ask to come inside and wait for the rest of my online otder. Well i did AFTER BEING IN DRIVE THRU FROM 12 TO 1230 and after being in THE STORE from 1230 to 110 and still NEVER GETTING THE FOOD I PAID FOR ONLINE DUE TO ME HAVING TO LEAVE and being ask to not only write my order down 2x because she couldnt find tge paperr she had me write it on the first time. LIKE WHY DO I HAVE TO WRITE MY ORDER DOWN IT WAS ACCEPTED ONLINE AND WHY ON EARTH WOULD I HAVE TO DO IT TWICE? IN ADDITION TO 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE ME GETTING ASK MULITPLE TIMES WHAT THEY HAD ORDERED ? IT WAS SO UNORGANIZED IN THERE NO ONE WAS HAPPY 4 WIRKERS DOING THINGS OUT OF ORDER AND STILL NOT GETTING ABYTHING DOBE. NO SUPERVISWR OR MANAGER ON DUTY AND I WATCHED WHILE THE CASHIER WOULD RING IN ORDERS THEN GO AND MAKE SMOOTHIES NEVER WASHING HER HANDS AND NEVER WORE GLOVES. THIS IS NOT OK BUT THE WORST PART IS THE FACT THAT I PAID 47.27 FOR 4 SMOOTHIES AND 4 FOOD ITEMS AND ONLY GOT FOR 4 SMOOTHIES AND NO REFUND FOR THE FOOD THEY COULDNT GET MADE IN AN HOUR AND 10 MINS. THIS US THE BIGGEST ISSUE HOW DOES IT TAKE 1HR AND 10MINS FOR 4 PEOPLE TO NOT GET 4 FOOD ITEMS MADE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THAT. LIKE IF YOU SEE A PERSON HAS BEEN STANDING THERE INQUIRING HOW MUCH LONGWR AND SHOWS YOU THEY HAVE BEEN INSIDE NOW 40 MINS AFTER WAITING IN DRIVETHRU 30 MINS AND YOUR THE ONE WHO TOLD THEM TO COME INSIDE WOULDBT YOU GET THEIR ORDER DONE BEFORE STARTING ANYONE ELSES? NOPE NOT THESE 4 THEY SERIOUSLY JUST ASK ME TO WRITE MY NUNBER DOWN AND A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED IVE CALLED 4x times today and left messages and have ask what the mangers name is and not one time does anyone know. That is a complete lie and thus location should really get there sh!t together. I have left messages for corporate and sent emails to anyone that I could because this whole situation is absurd. Tomorrow i will be contacting the health dept as well since Im sure they would love to know how the employees are not washing hands and have there hair down . Its not rocket science to make a fricken sandwich and shouldnt be hard to know your managers name this location is making the entire company look bad. And should be managed by someone whom actually is around to handle what their employees can not. Its no wonder they font accept cash payments with the crew that was working on Monday you cant trust your own employees to count or not steal the money im guessing id like a call back asap ive left my number several times and with corporate my email address us attavged to this review alonf with pictures that are time stamped from when i was in drive thru and the inside. I have only used the drive-thru, so my experience consists of drive-thru orders. The first smoothie I ordered was Mango Magic. Mangos are my favorite fruit, so I figured I would like it. However, I didn't, so on my second visit, I asked the delightful Black lady who answered the intercom for any recommendations, and she suggested the Island Green and Pomegranate Plunge, both of which I loved. The lady's customer service was excellent, and the other employee's customer service skills were solid.
This is a 24-hour location, yet, on various occasions, I have arrived at the restaurant to find that the open sign was on, the front door locked, and nobody was there. On one occasion, I ordered a smoothie online at 12:45 am, and when I arrived, no one was there. Since I chose the ASAP option, I could not cancel my order either, so I got charged for a smoothie I did not receive. Fortunately, I returned mid-morning, and the lady honored my purchase. Nevertheless, it is a terrible look to place an order and drive up to an essentially closed business that's supposed to be open 24 hours.
I have tried going to this location numerous times after midnight, and it has been hit or miss. Often, more were missing because no one was there. Recently, it appears they hired new employees overnight. However, the two smoothies I ordered did not taste the same. The Island Green Smoothie tasted like it didn't have all the ingredients or mixed improperly. Maybe the new employees are experiencing a learning curve.
I tried the grilled chicken breakfast wrap, and it was decent but not tasty enough that I would order it again. I tried a chicken Quesadilla at a different location, and it was okay, but also not an item I would purchase regularly.
The smoothies that I recommend, if made correctly, are the Island Green, Avocolada, Pomegranate Plunge, Acai Berry Boost, and Bahama Mama.
The protein-packed Chi Banana Boost and Peanut Paradise smoothies are not bad.
Unless you’re a health buff, I would avoid the Detox Island Green because it had no sweetness. I drank it. However, I would never order it again.

Read moreEvery once in a while a while I’ll stop to get my healthy smoothie mix to have some sorta of a healthier option late a night as an Uber driver.
And this particular location almost seems to have sketchy employees at night that want to have “Beef” puffed up with pride etc.
My main issue is that this particular location states and advertises and operating with a 24 Hour Drive Thru. And as an Uber in on the the busiest places for transportation purposes I would at least love to have someone who had a functioning branch as stated and advertised as I’m on the service industry bad well.
Not only that as I even work on my Birthday since I’m not even a Drinker if Alcohol in any way for the 9 years late at night for a simpler pick me up.
This particular night I waited 10-1ins to see if anyone would pop up after I ordered ahead of time on the Tropical Smoothie App. No response when I called multiple times and not trying to be a male Karen but also honked a few times and a couple lengthy honks. But still no response. And couldn’t even cancel my order in the app to get a refund.
I just pray and hope someone who may be working at this specific location. Late a night around 10pm-11:30/Midnight at this location was genuinely okay if not Please rearrange some better applicable...
