Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Enterprise

Placed my order at 12:06 pm. Order received by store at 12:07 pm. An hour later with no update I call the store to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told they had one driver and and 20 something orders ahead of mine. No problem just want my refund. Person hangs up without getting my name, order number, anything. I call back to try to figure out how they would know which order to cancel and I get placed on hold. After 4 minutes on hold I get changed and get my son changed and loaded into the car and drive to the store, all while still on hold. I go in to speak to someone about a refund for my order and the manager goes about processing it and says “When the driver gets to your house go ahead and take the food, it’s on the house. Sorry for the inconvenience.”. I say thanks and put the receipt away. I walk out the store and the line was still on hold for 18 minutes, no telling how long I would’ve waited. 2:13pm my order finally gets to my house and there’s no drink. I catch the delivery girl as she’s getting in her car and tell her there’s supposed to be a drink. She look in her car and said she must have left it at the store....

I love JJ. Have had it all over fla Ga and Ala. The enterprise location is very poorly managed and operated. Tonight they made sandwich wrong i always request no onions im allergic. Sandwich came with onions. I asked girl who brought to table about a simple napkin she said they are over there and left ? I get up walk over looking for napkin cant find so i ask she says they are behind counter il give you one ? Oh ok duh ! I open sandwich full of onions i take to counter she says il see what to do and she walks outvfront door ! wTH is going on here. She comes back in and says i have to make a new one again DUH! ! She says give me a few minutes !! There is noy one single other customer in store but ah shes eating yes eating and drinking behind counter im not sure thats allowed. Anyway new sandwich comes its fine. When i was leaving outside i see two employees sitting on curb on cell phones i ask what the manager name. Lady on phone says im the manager aha i say perhaps you should go manage as she had been out sitting on curb my entire visit about 40 minutes. Make sense why this...

Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order before we called the store. Freaky Fast right?

When we called the person who answered did not listen to what we were saying and just used the caller ID of the phone and said "we do not have any orders with your name" then put us on hold and gave the manager the phone.

She then told us apparently the driver knocked and knocked but no answer then decided to LEAVE THE FOOD ON THE DOOR STEP IN THE RAIN!

So instead of calling us or ringing the door bell they left the food outside in the rain. Then WE had to call in and ask about the order instead of someone calling us when they were at the door. The manager then said she needed the credit card receipt signed so instead of sending us fresh food (since ours was rained on an ruined) she sent the driver with a credit card receipt to sign. They offered to remake the food after the fact but I'd rather have my money back.

This is not the first issue here will no longer...
