Ohana Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Enterprise

Mistakes happen and we all make them! What we're supposed to teach children is to apologize when it's warranted, be kind and take accountability for your actions. Clearly the 'child' at the counter didn't learn any of these basics.

If you've ever ordered katsu chicken from any Hawaiian bbq spot... it's not the same without the sauce. With this in mind, the only thing I asked when picking up my phone order was "are the sauces in the bag?" -I would typically check the bag for accuracy (who wants to get back home and something is missing or incorrect). BUUT her very confident reply of "YEAH, ITS ALL IN THERE" sounded convincing and felt that I can trust her.

Went home with the fairly large order and to my surprise.... NO SAUCES!! After a short conversation on the phone in attempt to get some type of refund (due to the frustration). I ended up just driving back to grab the missing sauces.

Here's where the childish behavior of immature people comes in. Instead of receiving an apology, I was greeted with attitude.... Absolutely no apology from this 'child'. She takes no accountability for her actions. I would NOT be writing this review if she was KIND and gave some type of apology. BECAUSE mistakes happen but we ALL want to be treated with...

I would like to give a fair review and share the experience you'll get when you go here.

I live near by and we seem to have a tight little area of Hawaiian places and why you should probably DRIVE BY THIS ONE.

First, parking is terrible. Usually can't get a decent spot because of the location with shared businesses.

Second, as you walk up to the door they have outside seating where all the wonderful thoughtful cigarette smokers feel it's a respectful concept to greet people with that in their face before opening the door.

Third, place has ZERO Hawaiian atmosphere or call backs to any of the culture. 🤔

Now, the menu has the typical BBQ options which should not disappoint you to bad but the girls there need to be trained more on selling the menu and offering things to its customers.

Now, I don't know how well this business does but it's usually not full of people and there's tons of room for improvement. Some decor additions, hire a local group to sing or play music etc...

When you got Zippys, Island flavor,unko francos and L&L within driving distance I would probably be going there...

We love Ohana so much We order it probably 5-6 times a month It’s so adorable and everything is always made to perfection Some of our favorites include: Orange Chicken Chicken Katsu Saimin the broth is so amaze zen! Anything BBQ 💛 Spring rolls Garlic Noodles Literally you can not go wrong here with anything on the menu it will be so good! Our only wish is that they would change their to-go containers to something better for humans and the environment Unfortunately won’t be ordering to-go anymore because the containers are styrofoam 😞
