On July 22 I placed a large order at 7AM, for pick up at 1PM. When I arrived fifteen minutes early, the order had not even been started. They offered a refund. I didn't need a refund. I needed the food I ordered.
They closed the store to work on the order. I ran other errands and returned an hour later to find they had just started slicing bread. At 5PM, they let me know that they did not in fact have enough bread to fulfill my entire order, and that I would have to go to another Subway location to get the last 8 sandwiches. I made it back to the office at 6:30PM to feed the workers who were supposed to have lunch at 1:30PM.
As if this was not bad enough, I contacted Subway Customer Service about this terrible and wildly unacceptable experience. WEEKS later I received a note with no name, no phone number, from a donotreply email address, that they were sorry to hear it and look forward to hearing from me. How do they imagine they will hear from me? And who? The empty platitude email is signed only 'District Manager.'
Could they possibly imagine I will return to the store?? That will never, ever happen.
Do yourself a favor, especially if you are looking to feed your whole workforce, buy anything else, from...
Read moreThe 2 women working today had the worst customer service skills. I ordered my food online and came to pick it up and the girl behind the register acted like she couldn't even be bothered with her own damn job. No smile, no pleasantries about her. So then I check my order and the apple slices I ordered for my kid were replaced with applesauce. I had also ordered extra apple slices that weren't in there either. So now both the girls have told me that they aren't selling apple slices anymore, which is fine, but when I asked about the extra side I had ordered in the first place they both started arguing with me and telling me I didn't pay for it in the first place! I had to show them on the same receipt they were looking at! So beyond rude and unprofessional! If you don't like your job, then do something about it. Its nobody's responsibility to make you happy but you. And trust me ladies, you are not cut out for...
Read moreSo, subway has never been my first thought when I'm craving a sandwich, but since most are open 24 hours it's convenient and fills you up. Today, I ordered online and about 10 minutes later I got to the restaurant to pick it up and the first thing I see is a huge trash can with multiple trash bags shoved into it right in the front of the door of the restaurant. There was a total of 3 people in the entire place, including me, 1 was behind the counter and the other was on their break. Before I walked in there was already no one there and as I left no one was walking in, so why didn't they have time to do something with the trash aside from leaving it in the middle of a place where you eat? I thought it was pretty gross and I was surprised that there was no effort to even put the trash off to the side where it might not be seen. I'm pretty sure that's also a health...
