I take it Peyton is having a bad day because her employee Kenzie can't ring anyone up properly. They messed my order up and I came back ten minutes later with my wife to fix it and all I got was attitude from Kenzie who messed it up in the first place. Peyton decided calling the manager was best, she only let him hear her words and didn't really let me speak without her word first. After I explained how we ordered a stuffed and not a pan over and over again they didn't get it. Another customer decided to start a fight with me and call me outside. I asked for a refund and got it. Peyton then called the cops for. I reason because this other customer was arguing with me and had me trespassed. The cops let the guy go and harassed me outside for not reason except that Peyton was pretending to cry inside. Needless to say it's a mess they made my order wrong and because Peyton and the customer had a bad day now I can't have their pizza anymore. I got there once a week! I'd give less stars if possible it's a shame with how many pizza places they have in enumclaw that can't handle customers....

I've always had good pizza and good service at any PM's I've bought from, including this one. But when someone misunderstands an order for two pizzas, explodes it into six pizzas, and the manager "handles" that by slamming both hands down on the counter and snarling "Well what DO YOU want" at me, you have lost my business permanently. He went so far past un-professional he hit schizo. I was pleasant, the other employees were pleasant, we were doing fine trying to un-knot the mess, and then the "manager"...
